I have been seeing Lena for a couple years now. She is amazing! A born healer, with tons of continuing education to back it up!
I had serious swelling in my ankles & feet right before i went to her. I had tried acupuncture, meds & diet changes, but nothing helped. When Lena did Craniosacral on me, I was well on my way to recovery. Today, I have no swelling!
I am a challenge every month for her, but she gets me back on track everytime! Be kind to yourself and book time on her table!
