We stayed here while in the Seattle area. The park is clean but very very tight! Luckily we only have a pop-​up, those coming in with large trailers struggled to back in to their spaces. The bathrooms were kept clean; showers were nice with plenty of hot water. The pond was nice with dozens of awesome geese roaming around — sort of made up for the «Parking-​Lot» feel.
It was only about 20 minutes or so to Pike’s Place and the waterfront. I might stay here again if I had no other option. This place just wasn’t our style, too much asphalt and too little space between sites.
