Amazing customer service!!! Probably the best I’ve had in a while! The whole staff was attentive and«on it»! Excellent!

Ordered the pollo burrito. For 13.95 the amount of chicken in the burrito was equivalent to 2 small chicken tacos from a taco truck. Very small meat portions. Probably will never go again.

Probably the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. Two tacos came in a terrible hard shelf, with nothing inside but chopped cheap lettuce and tomatoes which were not even ripe, and really low quality cheese. I am surprised that this place has even three and a half stars. Really disappointing.

i had the enchiladas, Chicken and Beef, and while the presentation was fantastic as was the assembly — the execution left much to desire for. The Beef filling tasted like Chef Boyardee(no kidding, tasted just like the tomato sauce in the can), there was no Mexican flavor or ‘kick’ to it that you experience even at taco bell. The Chicken was dry and inconsistent; chunks here and there — meaning the enchilada had some ‘missing’ zones. I would expect more from a Mexican family establishment(and supposedly one of the best in the Seattle area. …); enchiladas are the simplest but also can be the best margin of the foods in the restaurant. And while the enchilada plate I got WAS on the pricey side of the menu it certainly did not live up to what I expect from the flavor and execution point. As a side, I got the ‘Guac and Pico’ and cheese nachos and that combo of sorts was great, however, I never really found the guac in the mixture and ‘honestly’ would have preferred queso style nachos since this was to-go. For a total of $ 27.00 for the meal — I was not impressed nor will I return given I’m the only person in the family that loves Mexican food. TIPS: They have an AYCE Buffet Sundays(I’d assume Saturdays as well) iirc the price was $ 13.00. I opted for take out so I could watch the Sunday NFL games and SPECIALNOTE there was not a lunch menu online Sunday even though the menu/brochure states lunch menu is available every day. …

Very nice atmosphere and our server was very sweet, but had a lot of trouble modifying order to accommodate food allergies. The chips and salsa were yummy. The three stars is because they didn’t prepare my food as I had ordered, and I am now sick. I ordered the Veggie Burrito with no cheese or butter sauce. I looked at the bite I took and it seemed fine. My second bite I saw a small price of cheese. I opened it and there was only a little cheese, but it just takes a little to affect people with sensitivities or life threatening allergies. It like they started to put it on and stopped, or put it on and picked it off. They were apologetic, and remade my order. I have a sensitivity, not an allergy that causes anaphylaxis, but I am now sick and feel terrible. I think they need to be sure their staff understands not to leave an allergen if a mistake is made(there wasn’t as much cheese as there would of been if it was an ingredient). It would be great if there was a straight vegan option, since changing the vegetarian option was so complicated.

This evening we came to La Hacienda for a date night, just me and the hubs sans the kiddos. As always we had stellar service and beyond tasty food. If you’re feeling adventurous try the Mocajete. It’s a dish that is off-menu. Cactus, chunks of casera cheese, chorizo sausage, chicken, Carne asada, shrimp, bell peppers, tomatoes and a delicious sauce served in a piping hot lava rock bowl that stays nice and hot during your entire meal. It was a little spicy for me personally(because I’m a spice wimp) but I toned it down with sour cream. It is served with rice, beans, lettuce and tortillas on the side, although the extra sides aren’t terribly necessary since there is a lot of food in the Mocajete to begin with. We ordered Marcos Margaritas and were served by the owner Marco himself. He promised them«Delicious and Nutritious». «Delicious now, and you’ll feel the nutritious in the morning» he said. Very well made margaritas with tequila, grand marnier, and fresh limes. And yes, they were delicious. My only qualm about the night was the beans served with the chips and salsa. They were a little plain. A touch of salt or cumin would’ve made them quite tasty. Other than that, visit #7 was as delightful as always.

All I can say is wow! This place simply blew me away. Very authentic! Spacious and clean on the inside with very friendly servers who are very efficient as well. The food was a little expensive, but it was worth the money and the quality was superb. Plentiful portions and a pretty cool rewards system. They also have very unique drink options that I look forward to trying in the future. This is hands down my new favorite Mexican joint in all of Everett! Oh and I forgot to mention the complimentary sample of dessert that we were given as well. Not many places will treat you like that, this place is worth your money!

Excellent food. Amazing staff. They were on top of everything. The servers(yes we had 4) made sure we never needed anything. When they brought the wrong dish out they corrected it immediately. Great place!

Would have given four stars but the service wasn’t too spectacular. She was polite for the most part but rolled her eyes when I asked for more salsa and forgot an item. My fajitas were great as always, but barely any chicken this time.(It may been because it was lunch time) Overall I would still go for the food.

We’ve been coming to this La Hacienda since they were on the North side of Everett Mall way, so, for many years. We love their food. The service is usually exceptional and it’s a very family friendly place. The only bad experience we’ve had was recently and I think our waiter was a new guy. My husband and I got the buffet, which I do not recommend. Besides the burritos and rice/beans…the food was not to my liking and I noticed that other customers were using their hands to grab some of the food. Plus, the waiter kept ignoring us and acted snotty whenever we asked for something. We’ve never had an issue like this before, but I did notice that the manager wasn’t there this time. If it wasn’t for that one time… I would’ve given them five stars. We would definitely recommend… just NOT the buffet.

It has been a long time since we have had a server as friendly and attentive as Carlos! We went for the first time to La Hacienda tonight, and we will definitely return! Complimentary chips and salsa also have a small side bowl of a warm bean dip. It was really good! I ordered the chicken burrito; DH ordered a combo plate. Our meals were presented to us faster than a fast-food restaurant! Quality was great. We had such a nice experience that we stayed a bit longer to try their fried ice cream. This too was fantastic and beautifully presented. We look forward to returning again soon.

Don’t want to be too critical since they gave me a bag of ice to put on my dislocated finger while waiting for a ride to the hospital last year. The ice came from the bar… I have to write about the restaurant. Have eaten here twice. Disappointed both times. Had discount deals in both instances, still wasn’t worth it. Last time here I sent back a steak that was WAY undercooked. The hostility was palpable, lots a of glaring eyes. Made me wonder if I was being treated to a fresh loogie somewhere on my plate. You’re not missing anything in the restaurant. The bartender is a good dude though.

The reason I love La Hacienda is because they have the pork carnitas which are superb! The service staff is excellent and bilingual, they will make sure you feel at home and that the chips and salsa flow smoothly. Their cooking style is very authentic and their«gringo» section has enough options for those who do not necessarily want to try the Mexican fare. The portions are big and tasty, and they have various combinations to satisfy all appetites. Their lunch menu is excellent as well and they are fast during rush hours. Must try especially as a alternative to other local restaurants.

How do I even begin? Came here for lunch and it was one of the best meals ever! The host sat us in the back of the restaurant, away from everyone and that was awesome! My hubby and I had half of the place to ourselves! Our servers were the friendliest I had ever met! They were super super nice and made the atmosphere feel really inviting. They checked on us about every 15 minutes to make sure everything was going okay and I loved that. You never have to track them down, they’re always making sure you’re having a good meal. The booths were super comfortable with lots of room. Now a days, most places have really small booths that you have to cramp yourself into, but this booth was perfect. The place itself was super clean and the décor was really pretty. The food was amazing! Cooked to perfection. Our sodas were fresh and smooth. The cheese cake was to die for! It was the perfect lunch! I’m so glad I stopped by!

Had not been back to this place since my food poisoning 20 years ago. The wife and I wanted to give them another shot. I’m glad we did. The food was good and hot. The chips and dip were great. You’ll love their drink names :). If you are in the mood for some Tex-Mex this is the place. We’ll be going here instead of Azteca from now on.

Delicious food, great service, friendly staff, good prices. This place is typical of your standard family Mexican restaurant but I would put them a step above. They are very prompt and take very good care of their patrons. The food is really good and really flavorful. I don’t know how their happy hour is now but on Thursdays they used to have free chips, salsa, bean dip, and nachos as well as drink specials. Can’t go wrong here.

Best. Mexican food. Ever. Oh my gosh. Everything was incredible. The salsa was just spicy enough with a warm chipotle flavor. Get the chicken tortilla soup. GETIT!!! Our group also invested in the supreme burrito, chicken fajitas, carne asada, and an amazing creamy shrimp stuffed pineapple. Everything was superb! That being said, the menu is HUGE. I’m talking like 5 pages of full sized menu; front and back… it’s overwhelming. The print is small and difficult to read with the red lettering and black/white backgrounds. We were there around 8pm on a Sunday night. There was a party of 2 there besides us. The drinks were all very well made– but the orders were wrong. Several of the dinner orders were wrong as well. As one of only 2 tables in the place, it’s hard to give credit to the server for messing up several orders. Besides that– I’ll definitely be visiting here again!

The bar is legitimately terrifying but the food was okay. Way, way too loud. Awful.
