We order from JJ at least a few times a month. I also used to work in the mall so I would order pretty often. Our last experience was not such a great one. I always get a #12. I know what it should taste like. I had almost NO avocado spread on my sandwich which hey, not a big deal. I did call though just to let them know and jokingly said that’s ok just save what should have gone on and double it next time. The lady thought I was serious and took offense to this. Whoops. She was super rude so I asked to speak to a manager and unfortunately all I got was«it’s under the cheese. Check under the cheese». Yes, I know where it goes I’ve ordered more than enough to know this. And I told her I checked and there was still barley any. She said«well what do you want then?! You want me to make a new one? I can but you need to stop eating it because I’m not taking back a half eaten sandwich» wow. Honestly wasn’t even a big deal, I was just calling to let you guys know. Not even a complaint, really. Her attitude continued throughout the phone call. No need to argue with customers. I was being nice and calm. You lost a customer for sure.

I ordered online, wait time was 9 minutes long. I ordered the JJ Gargantuan. It had so much meat I had problems keeping it all in the bread.(That’s what she said LOL). Overall good experience. Paid 10 $ just the sandwich included tax and delivery fee. very convenient, especially when your stuck at work.

Wonderful employees making yummy subs. The hospitality is off the charts at this restaurant. For that alone, come enjoy a sub!!!

I’ve been in here a few times now. It’s located in the Everett Mall parking lot, in a mini strip mall. The outside is always clean, the glass door and windows are usually always clean too. Inside the shop isn’t too super huge but it’s been consistently clean. The employees are always helpful, upbeat and nice. The music playing is hit or miss on if it’s good or not and it’s usually just a tad louder than I would like but it’s not anything bad. The ladies room is always well stocked and clean too! The sandwiches are more basic than subway but I like the bread much better. And the veggies are much fresher. The sandwiches are about 8″ and you can get some basic ones. I always get the Turkey Tom. The Turkey meat is great and I appreciate that they don’t over stuff the sandwich so you can actually take a bite easily. The cookies are just OK, not worth the price in my opinion. And while the chips selection is pretty basic, they’re decently tasty. I’ve never had a pickle but the drinks are good size. In all, it is just another JJ chain. I wish it would deliver further out than one mile from their store. Decent food for a decent price. And you get consistently great customer service.

I always get the Italian nightclub, so I cant say how the rest of the menu is, but I really like the Italian. Get some hot peppers on it too. Friendly driver, fast delivery. Nothing wrong at all.

Never had any problems with this place, never saw anything special. Just another chain that seems to be doing it’s business consistently and I really like the chain. Coming here you can expect exactly what you’d get at any other Jimmy John’s. No more, no less.

Tried to give this place one more time, but they failed. Went 1 – 3 on sandwiches, couldn’t make the first one right, then the other sandwich was not even what we ordered. Will not be back to Jimmy Johns.

*It’s really expensive for a plain sub. *The sub was good but could have been better with more than one slice of meat. *Fast delivery with my online order. *This was only my second time here so I’m not sure if they have a bigger sub or they just add more meat, it’s unclear when ordering online. Overall… Nothing to brag about, it’s just an overpriced boring sub.

I like this place. They deliver all the way to Silver Lake but won’t deliver past the Boeing freeway? My boyfriend lives right off of old Broadway… I just want them to deliver a mile past the Boeing freeway. Is that too much to ask? I would change my review to 5 stars if they did.

I ordered online & my husband picked our sandwiches up. The Good: Fresh baked french bread is yummy Online ordering is great for us super specific picky people Super fresh veggies(way better than subway) FAST! Order was ready in the few minutes it took me to drive there. Service was great… Super friendly Shop was very clean The Bad: No hot pastrami The Just Ok: Very small amount of meat on the 8″ sub… this was fine by me but I would get double meat for the hubby next time. I live between 2 shops, 1 is 3.4 miles the other is 3.9& neither deliver to my area. Not a deal breaker for me.

Um, I just tried the online ordering w/delivery option and I still had the screen pulled up and they arrived. They aren’t joking around with their«so fast you’ll freak» statement. I’m still a little blown away by the speed. Let me eat the sandwich, order a couple more times and I’ll write a full review. Wow.

I visited this location for the first time on March 21st2014 sometime during the 7pm hour. When I went in, there was one man in front of me who ordered 1 sandwich and a bag of chips and he was out in a flash! Then is was my turn and after I placed my order for one 8″ sub to go, the 3 kids behind the counter decided to make 3 sandwiches for themselves with fresh bread all while I’m waiting for my 1 sandwich to go! Then finally, when they got around to making mine, I noticed that they grabbed the bread that they used for my sandwich from a slightly different area than they did for their 3 sandwiches and then finally gave me my to-go sandwich with no bag of anything!!! Finally, when I was able to eat my sandwich, the bread was extremely hard to be serving as «fresh»! I would guess that it must have been at least two days old! I was BEYOND disappointed! Never again.

The sandwiches are really thin and bland!!! This was my first visit to a JJs and so I figured it comparable to Quiznos/Subway, but alas, there were barely any toppings to make the sandwiche have flavor and also there was barely any meat on my sandwich, so it wasn’t anywhere as good as Subway, which IMO, is just barely worth the $, so that makes JJ not impressive at all. I’ll never go back here. If I really want a sandwich, I’d go grab a loaf of bread and a package of lunch meat from Trader Joe’s(just down the road) and make a sandwich with that… it would taste BETTER than the JJ’s sandwich I ordered(which was the roast beef, tomatoes, and lettuce one).

I wish I would never have eaten here! I have not had anything delivered yet but I have used online ordering. I get the sub that’s roast beef, ham, provalone, tomato, mayo, and dijon — in a lettuce wrap!(cause I can’t have bread). Damn it to Hell it is good. Maybe it’s because it’s been a long time since someone has made a sandwich for me but I was in heaven with this baby. So much so that I went back the next day and got another one and lunch for the rest of the fam. They enjoyed it almost as much as I did. Their pickles are also quite good. Now, on the website when ordering online they give you a couple options — whole, halved, or quartered. For the love of all things holy get it quartered. They are massive. I’m not even kidding here.

I have loved Jimmy John’s for years and this location is no different. We probably eat here 1 or 2 weekends a month. It’s great for delivery on a crappy hungover Sunday. :) I read through the reviews and I have to disagree with all of the rude service and crappy bread comments. Part of the Jimmy John’s experience is the obnoxious hello’s and goodbye’s but I really enjoy them. Pretend you know me and pretend you like me. I approve. And they’re fast. It’s what they’re known for after all. The sandwiches have been remarkable accurate. I think the fact that I typically order online helps prevent mistakes but execution is part of that too. Here’s a little secret: HAVETHEMTAKETHEEXTRABREADOUT! Yeah, I went all caps on that. It makes your sandwich a bit thinner, more manageable, and a whole lot less likely to squirt the innards out all over your paper. You’re welcome. My favorite is the Vito or the Italian Night Club, hot peppers added. A decent variety of Italian meats and toppings to make mouth happy. I will continue to frequent this and any other JJ location that may find itself conveniently located to my dwelling or my workspace.

I am always so impressed by how nice people at Jimmy John’s are. They always greet us when we come in and always say goodbye when we leave. You don’t expect that at a quick sandwich shop like this. Anyway, I ordered an Italian sub, and I have never seen a sandwich be made so quickly. It was a ridiculous assembly line and it seemed like in under a minute, the sandwich was done and wrapped. Ridic! The only things that I don’t love about this place are that the tables could have been wiped down better and they charge $ 1-something for a pickle… but at least it’s big. ;)

fast sandwich. kinda small for the price. I would go back, but my wife would not. Red Rock subs is just as close for us and their sandwiches are way better.

This location earns a few points just by actually delivering to my Everett clinic location! As for the food itself, it’s not bad. The bread is definitely nothing special, but it’s not unpleasant. First I had the«Totally Tuna» which was pretty good but messy(and I think I’ll hold the cucumbers next time), and then next time I tried the«Billy Club»(roast beef and ham) which had a nice balanced flavor although it just begs to have bacon added. The potato chips are kettle-cooked style and are served in generous portions. I’ll say this is a decent(if innocuous) delivery lunch!
