Horrible service. Complete disrespect. Threatening to charge more if you don’t do what they say. Make an appointment, then make the customer wait for 45 minutes to get their car.
Does this sound like customer service?
Thats what they think.
–Extortion.
–Disrespect.
–Unprofessionalism.
That’s what you should expect from this company.
Avoid at any opportunity.

All employees seemed very nice when I used to come to the auctions every month. Sunflower needs to get a life and probably listen better. Usually when Ron does a quote he gives the price and says «PLUS TAX» and I’ve realized a lot of people don’t pay attention to those last two words. PRICE+TAX!

To be fair I have never used them (nor will I).
In the last few weeks I have seen a couple of their trucks operating in a very unsafe manor. One truck was going over 60mph in a 30mph area. the other was a very large semi type truck tailgating (within inches) going down the I5.
