While many of Fluke’s products are OK, The VT04 Thermograph IR Camera I ordered, was a complete nightmare trying to get operating.
Never did get it to run !
I sent it back same day rec’d. to Amazon.
(After wasting an ENTIRE DAY attempting to get it up & running.)
The Owners manual is very poorly designed as well.
The device will NOT work with Windows XP whatsoever.
(WHICH THEY DO NOT TELL YOU!) (until YOU GET PISSED AND CALL THEM)
The unit requires your PC to accept micro SD card to transfer images that should be easily transferred with a usb connector on the device. Instead, you have to remove the micro SD… EVERY TIME you want to download pics from it.
What a PAIN IN THE ASS!
They require you to register before allowing device operation.
They DEMAND an e-​mail from you to register.
However…if you want to contact them by e-​mail,
FORGET IT!
It does NOT exist !
On the phone, they kept talking over me. Poor customer service IMO.
I’m done with them.
