Delivered a day late after charging extra to deliver that day, bouquet was very small for the price and not very well arranged– some short stemmed flowers in water in a 5 inch vase.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and received good service although the phone experience could have been better. The arrangement had everything that I had asked for. There were only 3 blossoming lilies but 4 lilies flowers were about to bloom which would make the arrangement last longer. My girlfriend was greeted by a friendly delivery man about an hour after I placed the order over the phone and was ecstatic about the surprise and the quality of the arrangement. I will definitely use this business again in the future…

I gave simple instructions for my wedding bouquet. .no greenery. only roses and hydrangea. When I went to pick it up it was covered in greenery, had 3 tiny roses, 1 hydrangea and flowers were so fresh they were all green… not even open. They ruined my wedding flowers. I had to go to safeway and get my own roses. You are better off pulling weeds out of your own yard. They refused to fix it, and still charged my card over $ 100. Terrible customer service!!! Thank you for ruining my wedding dreams!!!

Delivered on my One year wedding anniversary from my hubs who’s on the Nimitz. It is still beautiful a week later! Very unique arrangement. I love it!!!

I started calling around 3:00 today to various florist around Everett for flowers to be delivered today to a new Mom at Providence hospital, the first 3 I called said too late for today delivery. I called Flowers by Adrian and a very enthusiastic fellow(Bill?) said too late for our delivery driver… but I could deliver on my way home around five. «Wow, OK « Shortly after 5:00 the new Mom sent a photo of the cute red wagon I ordered, it was filled with beautiful pink roses, pink daisies etc. for the new baby girl! Such a disappointment. If I could give a negative star, I would. After a WEEK of ordering an arrangement online, I had found out the order I had placed on their website(with printed confirmation #) had never even been received or delivered to a family member. It was not only embarrassing but upsetting. After speaking with someone at Flowers by Adrian today, a unapologetic employee explained to me that they were out of the flower I had chosen. They didn’t «feel comfortable substituting» it with something else even though I had check-marked the option to agree they could make a «substitution of comparable, quality and value». She said to me «that is why it is important to have all correct contact information for your order». The only contact information their website(which is an outsourced company) asks for is 1 phone number. They had my home number without an answering system on file in which she exclaimed they left several messages. On what messaging system? When I mentioned they should ask for email addresses as well, she said email was unreliable. So basically she indicated it was MY fault my order wasn’t completed. In my opinion, if a company has a website for customers to order off of they should guarantee ordering online will be successful. If not, just indicate on the website to call in the order. Suffice to say, I will NOT be using Flowers by Adrian again.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement from Adrians several years ago. They are located in a mostly residential neighborhood and have been in business for a million years. A family owned operation and I prefer that. Don’t risk ordering from one of those flower brokers who don’t even touch the arrangements they sell! Wonderful people!
