Fabulous Nails

The owner Luna decided to retire and sell the place to new people. I was there for 3 whole hours trying to do a shellac and she messed everything up and we had to do everything all over again and in the end I walked out with non painted nails. I don’t recommend this place anymore. TERRIBLE

I went here to get shellac done but there was a communication breakdown with the nail tech and they started off with a different color that i chose after trying to tell me it was the same. Another tech recognized it but then she didn’t understand I wanted it on hands and feet and they didn’t have enough left in the bottle. I fumbled around looking for another color for a little while then another tech had to intervene and found the same color in a full bottle. The other tech that did my nails did a fine job but everything seemed difficult so it took forever, I’m sure the other techs do a great job but my experience was not great. Unfortunately I would not return here.

I walked into the salon and it was just me and 2 people working, 1 being the owner. I thought perfect, there’s no rush so my nails are going to be perfect! boy was I wrong! She asked if I’d been there before and I said no, so i figured she’d do a good job to keep my business in the future. For one, she didn’t use sterilized products on me. Every tool she used had visibly been used prior to me. She acted like she cut and pushed my cuticles back but upon further look when i got home she didn’t do anything. The hand massage was literally a minute and like i said there was no one there so there wasn’t a rush and it wasn’t anywhere near closing time. And to top it off I’ve never seen such terrible nails from a salon EVER. literally i could paint my nails better myself and I’m awful at it. She rushed through my nails super quick. The paint was visibly uneven, there were air bubbles and it looked rough like when you touch something with wet nails. I made sure to be super careful and let my nails dry without moving for 20 minutes and then she looked at them and said i could go. I couldn’t believe she was okay with the quality of her work. She spoke such little english that i felt really uncomfortable confronting her about the poor quality. My advice, go anywhere other than this place. I took my nail polish off as soon as i got home and painted them myself. I uploaded pictures so you can see how bad they are (light purple polish)

This is my first time coming to fabulous nails. Tina and Luna did my nails, they were both very polite and pleasant to converse with. Tina did a wonderful design on my toe; I am very pleased with the customer service that I will be coming back. Thank you ladies!!!

I was in town and took my mom. The service was completely below par for my expectations. They only take cash which is very inconvenient, and they rushed doing as little as possible. I would highly not recommend their service.

I have been in to see Moon several times. Not only does she do a great job, but her customer service is excellent as well. She is all about the customer and I appreciate that considering I’m sure it’s hard to run a small business in an industry such as this. I most recently went in to see her after having a not so great experience at another shop and Moon fixed me right up. I wanted stiletto nails & she didn’t charge me the $ 5 extra for the shape & also didn’t charge me for the added nail design. She also offers a 50% off service after visiting 10 times. I will definitely be coming back again and again. You rock, Moon!

I usually take my mom to nail salons to do her Manicure. It’s just so happened that she loved this specific store and insist me to give it a good rating.
