East Coast Enzo’s Pizza

So we’ve been to this place I would say around 10 times throughout the last 10 – 12 monthes. While I was pregnant I craved pizza, and this place was cheap with decent pizza. Every time we would go the same curly haired girl is working there not so eager to help her customers. THERE HAS NOT BEEN one time we have walked in for the hot n ready and not waited for 15 minutes, that is ridiculous. Tonight was the last straw. We spent all day at children’s hospital for our baby, and needed some quick cheap food for home on the couch. Upon my husband getting there, the same girl as always is sitting there talking to some young man on the inside ebench. Delaying service to my husband. My husband orders and waits 15 minutes for this pepperoni hot n ready pizza. LOL what a joke. The whole time she is just chatting away with boy toy over here, delaying other people’s service as well! My husband tried getting her attention to order this new dessert pizza since well it’s advertised!!!-she had the audicty to roll her eyes and get frustrated at my husband for having to do her job. My husband was at this joint for 35 minutes for pizza … My god. To top it all off we we’re both up all night with definite food positing we will never be going back.
Also, this girl that is always there’s we have learned is the owners daughter, maybe the owner should think about a talk with his daughter about professionalism or chose an employee that cares about their business enough.

East coast Enzo’s pizza is legit. Got a large supreme pizza and breadsticks for under $ 10 out the door and it’s at least as good as all the major chain pizza places.
I didn’t try the «hot and ready» pizza, I called mine in 10 min in advance, but I wouldn’t have been surprised or upset if they didn’t have one ready. It seemed like a pretty slow night and I’d rather wait 10 min than get a soggy pizza that sat around for hours because it was slow
I’m not claiming this is fancy gourmet pizza, but for the price point, it definitely exceeded my expectations.

This place sucks. They say hot ready pizzas. But I have been there three times now and had to order my pizza and wait for it to be made. Pizza was lousy each time but I guess you can’t expect to much for $ 5

Ok so I had a craving for Pizza and had noticed this place a couple days ago so decided to give it a try. OMG so glad I did! The toppings (veggies etc.) are fresh as is the dough and pizza sauce, you can taste that it’s fresh as well which is really nice.
I did read the reviews prior to going, so I was on the fence about how the customer service would be. It was great! Turns out this is a family owned franchise and so it’s a local family that’s running it, they’ve been open for around 6 months and the lady behind the counter was really nice, polite and very friendly.
No they didn’t have the grab and go pizza’s actually ready but we went pretty early in the day so I wasn’t expecting them to be ready and I was ordering a regular pizza anyway so expected to wait a little bit. The wait time for 3 Pies & 2 orders of Bread Sticks was around 15 minutes so not bad at all!
We picked up the Combo #2 (2 grab-​n-​go pizzas, 2 orders of bread sticks & a 2 liter of soda), a large Veggie Pizza, 2 Mexican Coke bottles and 2 Mexican Dr. Pepper bottles and the grand total after all that … a whopping $ 36 before tip. That is sooo much better than the place we usually go to! Usually to feed the entire crew it runs between $ 85 – 100 a pop so this place is definitely going to be our to to Pizza night place!

This place is amazing and great pizza, along with the great price! Super friendly and excellent customer service! We have pizza night every Thursday and this place always is satisfying! Great breadsticks!

Worst customer service ever! They advertise that they have $ 5 pizzas hot and ready which they don’t. I was treated so poorly by the girl over the phone I cancelled my order. 2 of my friends visited Enzos in the least 2 weeks and they were treated horribly also. They make their customers feel like they are a bother. I will never go here and you shouldn’t either.
