Average. Not bad but not 5 stars. Staff was friendly which is always something I look for. Prices are high. The location is hard to get in and out of. Food is pretty good.

Saturday happy hour! Everything was delicious, honey mustard dressing, salmon on spinach, appletini, Mediterranean pasta. Haven’t ordered dessert yet but they had authentic Mediterranean dessert menu including pies, cakes, gelato. I’ll definitely try next time. Owner & chef in one man business.

Randomly came here for dinner because it had high ratings on Unilocal and this place did not disappoint me at all! I ordered the Rib Eye steak with sweet fries. I asked for my steak to be medium rare-but more on the rare side and it came out perfectly. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had ever, it was moist and not too chewy. The sweet fries was also a good addition to the steak, not too salty and just the right crunchiness to them. My friend ordered the calamari steak, which isn’t actually steak, it’s calamari lol(it was our first time here so we had no idea). She didn’t really like it because half way through she got sick of it because it was literally a steak size piece of calamari. The rice and sauce that came with that dish was great though. I definitely recommend this place, although it is a bit pricey outside of happy hour. But the service here is also great!

Great food, almost as good as Yia Yia’s. My kids love the Chicken Nugget Lollipops.

This place is legit. Big fun menu. 90% of food made onsite. Free range chicken. Alaskan Salmon. Beef is black angus that the chef picks out. We had the dip sampler. All dips made on site and delicious. My kids came in and were skeptical but were converted. My wife had the burger which was juicy and delicious I had the beef dip which was redic. We will be back for dinner. See kids vids for their opinion.

I stopped into Denallis for a quick, weekday lunch as I LOVE Greek food and wanted to give the place a «trial run» before bringing my picky significant other along. I ordered the gyro accompanied by a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette. Starting with the salad, I found the dressing delicious and the greens were fresh; I would have preferred the tomatoes be cut-to-eat rather than left in presentation-worthy, large wedges as it was challenging to chase those around the bowl with a fork and butter knife ~ a sharper knife might have helped this situation. The gyro was served in a Na’an type, fluffy, warm pita and was generously LOADED with meat. Topping the meat were diced onions and tomatoes along with a tzatziki that was a bit thicker than typical… almost seemed that perhaps feta or something was incorporated as there was a bit of graininess to the sauce. Though I found the gyro delicious and devoured every morsel, I would have preferred more«crunch» from the vegetables, maybe with the addition of cucumber pieces and the onions not diced so small that they are no longer toothy, and a lighter tzatziki. Next time, I may order the tzatziki on the side along with a wedge of lemon so I can thin it at the table. The staff: The moment I entered, I was greeted by a very friendly, welcoming woman who whisked me quickly to a window table. Within moments, an equally friendly young man brought me a glass of water and asked if I’d like anything else to drink. For the duration of the experience, ordering and eating, the staff was attentive and my water glass was never less than half full. Overall, a very nice addition to Everett. I cannot wait to go back for dinner to try more of their tasty menu items.

This place is a million fun and interesting contradictions in one, and it’s hard to dial in exactly where it lands between all of them. So first off, let’s say that if you love interesting food no matter what your surroundings are, you can round this up to a full five stars. I’m only taking off a star because it’s a little rough around the edges here and there, which we’ll get into. First of all, this is on Highway 99(around here, known as Evergreen Way), so it’s stuck in among car dealerships and you’re merging on and off a 6-lane highway to eat here. It’s not a rough neighborhood, but it feels pretty close to that – there’s a tattoo parlor right next door, under the same roof. There’s a decent amount of parking, though, and the place is welcoming and comfortable for pretty much anybody. Inside, there’s a bar surrounded by stools, with flat screens overhead tuned to the game. There are big neon signs for beer and sports in the windows, and the construction is nondescript. All things considered, if you just glanced at the place driving by, you could probably be forgiven for wondering whether it was a very local tavern and not much else. But that’s not the case at all. The first thing you really notice here is the deep aroma of smoking meat. You know right away that there’s real cooking happening in back. The dining rooms are really just a couple rows of tables and booths ringed around the outside edges of the building. It’s very casual, but they keep it clean, tidy, and presentable. The staff are right on point with menus, place settings, drinks, and the like. It’s family-run, and two generations seem to work the floor here every day. The menu covers a few pages, with an interesting mix of Greek food, American food, and some Mediterranean-influenced items. There are two whole columns of tapas, but they’re closer to what Americans might think of as appetizers – one of the tapas is lamb chops with French fries and tzatziki. That’s cool, shouldn’t bother anybody at all, but I think most people would walk in here, eat, and call it a Greek place. So make whatever you want of the«Mediterranean» you see and hear to describe it. We had the falafel fritters(very dense and heavy, great flavor, nicely sauced), picante shrimp saganaki(amazingly explosive flavor, cooked exactly to temp, great combinations of flavors), the Kalamata bruschetta(came out with no kalamatas, so probably a mis-order, but who cares? It was fantastic, with great depth of flavor and nice thick chunks of chewy bread). And then we were full. That’s three things off the«tapas» menu, and they were more than enough to fill us up. For some reason, we had also ordered the half rack of baby back ribs, which smelled amazing from the dining room, and the owner really sold us on them. They were amazingly tender, and pretty saturated with sauce, but they didn’t really have a whole hell of a lot of flavor. They just tasted like a great tender mouthful of roast beef. They come with awesome hand-mashed Yukon gold mashed potatoes, which arrive with a bit of cheese blended in – these are great. And there’s a little bowl of lightly spiced cole slaw, which was a little on the damp side, and, like most cole slaw, not very interesting. They have every right to charge $ 26 for this, and I finished most of it even though I was full already. But I can’t say it’s worth the dollars, given that there’s nothing that distinctive about the flavor profile, and there isn’t much on the«platter» in the way of side dishes. Besides, this is a Greek place. Stick with the foods the family grew up with. They have a full bar, and a few decent beers on tap. They clearly have a ton of lifelong regulars, and I fully expect to join that list, at least as an occasional regular(I live half an hour from here). The people are awesome, and the food is amazing. It’s fun listening to the bartender and the regulars giving each other a hard time at the bar. Everything here feels like home, right down to the oldies playing off the jukebox. Can’t wait to try more stuff here.

Went in tonight with my husband for dinner, nice/quiet place, guys running the place are super friendly and know other customers by name. husband orders a burger and I get the clams linguini, food and service was fantastic only negative thing I have to say is about the portion size, we both left hungry and came home and ate after we just had«dinner». Might come back for happy hour but probably not for dinner, other than that, its a great place with yummy food.

The girlfriend and myself stopped in for dinner a few weeks ago. She’s really into«tapas» aka small plates, and I’m the type of person that doesn’t care if we’re going for fast food or a fine dining experience so I can dig it. We went on a Tuesday night, so it was nice and quiet. The food was excellent. We ordered the lamb chops — Perfectly seared and cooked, Flaming cheese plate — pretty good but not as good as a couple local places when you compare the prices(Denallis was a little more expensive). Then we tried the flat bread. The bread was good but our toppings were a complete whiff. I believe it was something like Goat Cheese, blue berries and walnuts? Maybe we’re just not use to odd flavor combinations but we could just never get that good bite without one of the flavors being too dominant. The girlfriend enjoyed all of her drinks. I’ve never been one to drink on a Tuesday. The atmosphere could using a little livening up – It was quite dark inside the restaurant. On the other hand you don’t eat atmosphere, so I don’t place too much emphasis on that. Overall I wasn’t blown away, but I see a lot of potential in other menu items(the variety is impressive — such a large menu) and would certainly go back.

Our taste buds were in the mood for some Mediterranean food after a long day of shopping. This place is great! Love the food and service was superb! Sarah was our server, real friendly and great! Side note: clean restrooms with variety of hand soap and lotion! It’s the little things that count :)

They have a quality selection of beers on tap. I found the food to be good but not great. The staff is very friendly and I can see how this would be a neighborhood favorite if you live nearby. The potato skins with fresh sour cream were good, as was the flat bread. The falafel sandwich was disappointing as the pita seemed doughy and the falafel unexpectedly mushy. The place could also use a good cleaning as there were noticeable old dusty cobwebs, etc. There are a number of places I would drive out of my way to visit but this is not one of them. However the parking lot was full and they seem to get a lot of positive reviews so maybe I’m just missing something.

Man, do we love this place. We’ve been there multiple times. Everything there is fantastic. The food and presentation are phenomenal, and Dennis is a great host and a terrific guy. Don’t be deceived when you drive by the inconspicuous location, Denallis is a hidden gem along the side of Evergreen Way. Ambience is just right, place is clean and super welcoming, and the food is just the best. Go there. You won’t regret it.

My son lives not far away and he recommended Denalli’s. I’m glad we stopped in because we enjoyed an early dinner. My generous serving of chicken parmigiano was delicious and my son enjoyed his Mediterranean flatbread. It is easy to underestimate or overlook this restaurant because it’s a modest edifice in what seemed an unremarakble part of the city(speaking as one who is unfamilair with the area) but it’s family owned and staffed, and the dishes are tastefully prepared with pride and skill using ingredients that assure a worthwhile dining experience. I was driving, so I didn’t get an opportunity to order wine. I recommend Denalli’s and I look forward to my next opportunity to dine here.

From outside it looks like a hole in the wall but don’t let that fool you. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. We had the Ultimate Garlic Bread and Humus for appetizers. Main course was Chicken Parmigiano. Both the appetizers AND the main course were delicious. Personally I would come back just to try more of their Tapas.

Wow! I don’t know where to begin. The facilities are flawless inside although I’ll say the outside can use a little work. It definitely does not reflect the interior décor, food, or service. The service was amazing. Very attentive and we were able to interact with the owner. You can definitely tell this restaurant has a family run feel that is personable and efficient. The food was amazing. The choices were perfect and the quality of the ingredients made our dishes flawless. From soups, salads, and entrees, the food was fresh and absolutely tasty. I wish I would of had room for dessert because it looked awesome. Finally the pricing was very reasonable. This place could easily charge 10 to 20% more for what we received. This place definitely deserves the rating and has earned us as regular patrons. The only regret Is that we only found this today even though it had been here for 3 years. We only live about 5 miles away!

My wife and I finally had the chance to sample the happy hour here. We were both please with our last minute decision to pull into the restaurant. My wife ordered a couple of refreshing pounders of Mac & Jack for $ 4(hh). I sipped a couple of house Merlot’s for $ 3(hh). For our dining pleasure, my wife started out with a Caesar salad for $ 4(hh): crisp romaine, a tomato wedge, Parmesan cheese and garlic croutons covered with a creamy Caesar dressing. I chose the House salad for $ 3(hh): Spring mix greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion. My dressing choice was the Toasted Sesame. Absolutely loved my salad! We also ordered Corn Dog bites for $ 4(hh): mini sausage links wrapped in a corn bread batter. Served with a side of ketchup and mustard for ones dipping pleasure. The corn dog bites were piping hot and not in the least bit soggy. Delish! Lastly we ordered the Mac ‘n Cheese bites for $ 4(hh): creamy cheesy heaven deep-fried to perfection. Served with a side of marinara sauce for ones dipping pleasure. Thank you Denallis for your warm welcoming atmosphere and down home hospitality.

I try to avoid Everett and especially Evergreen Way like the plague. I grew up there and proudly moved away… Buuuuuuut this place could bring me back. First, the bad: diminutive location and outward appearance(and maybe the cheesy beer signs). The good: everything else. The staff was amazing, the interior is classy without being annoying(see«Olive Garden» for more details on this), but the food… Holy hell the food. Between the two of us we had the chicken pot pie soup, the ribeye, a gyro, mashed potatoes, french fries, and grilled zucchini, two glasses of wine, and two beers. One was better than the next. The soup and ribeye will haunt my dreams and the gyro was the best I’ve had north of Seattle. If all I ever ate here was the soup this place would still get five stars. I’m pretty sure they put crack in the food, but given the incredible value that this place is they probably don’t. We’ll be back, very soon.

This place doesn’t look like much from the road but we had a good meal here! We started with two tapas, olives and feta with pita(the pita was warm and delicious) and pickle fritters. A+ My main was the lamb platter and it was hands down the best lamb I’ve ever had. Usually I don’t go for lamb because its often disappointing in flavor and I don’t prefer meats to be cooked rare(which lamb chops usually are). These were so tender and had the flavor of the grill on them. They were also cooked medium which was a texture and flavor I much preferred. They were scrumptious and I only wish I’d had a few more! My platter did come with fries vs. oven roasted potatoes that were listed on the menu but that didn’t bother me. My husband had the Burger De Greco which he enjoyed very much. He said it was a combination he’d never even imagined before but he’d get it again. We sprung for dessert since we were here celebrating a birthday and I had the banana caramel cheesecake wrap which was extremely rich and decadent! My husband had the pineapple upside down cake which I actually preferred as it was warm and not quite so sweet. My husband preferred the bananas as he’s got a major sweet tooth. We don’t often repeat places but there are a number of other dishes I’m wanting to try so we will be back!
