Overpriced merchandise, unorganized layout, poorly treated products(missing cables for hardware, scratched discs, etc.), and very poor trade in value. You’re better off at a pawn shop. Really.

Good store, horrifying management. Something I like about this place is chatting with the employees about movies, games, etc. But during a conversation today their manager actually told them to cut the talk and get back to work, right in front of me. Not only being really disrespectful to their employees, but prioritizing the work(that they WERE doing behind the counter while we talked) over a customer. The next minute of them gathering the dvds I purchased in complete silence while their manager loomed over them was awkward and extremely uncomfortable. This was all on a Sunday too, a very slow day in which I was the only customer in the store. There was no reason for management to rudely bark at them to hurry up, especially not in front of a customer. They had a hiring sign up to, but with management like that I can see why they might have a high turn over rate.

I understand no returns and cash back, but all I wanted was to exchange the $ 16.00 game I got; coz come to find out the game needed a special hardrive that I don’t have. So since the game had no physical damage they had to buy back the game and gave me $ 6.00 for it. Originally I was upset coz I had waited in line for almost 8 minutes and there were two people working. The guy was helping two other customers and the girl was looking at something on the computer on the other side of wall. They both looked at me so they knew I was in line where it says get in line. Two teenagers come in walk around the store then goes to the front and the girl started helping them while I’m still waiting.(I don’t say anything yet) they leave then the girl started to help. I start telling her about the special hardrive and I just want to exchange and all she does is cuts me off and tells me nope sorry you can’t exchange coz there’s nothing wrong with game and they have to buy it back. I told her that’s ridiculous I can’t use it and I was told two days ago if it doesn’t work bring it back in with receipt. I ask to speak with her supervisor and she says,” Sorry I can’t give you any of her information. «I ask for name and she said nope I can’t give u that and can’t give her schedule. Then I ask her for her name and she sorry I don’t feel comfortable giving you that information… OMG really!!! R u serious!!! I tell her how am I supposed to talk to your supervisor. She just says I don’t know… I don’t think I have ever been so mad in public. So after all that and the guy finished off my buy back purchase, he was apologetic coz he knew I was very upset … I told him my first off reasoning why I wasn’t even happy with her and she decided she wanted to pop out of the wall and try to tell me they are short staffed, then she said she didn’t see me, then she said oh coz they came to front. ?$&8! I don’t care… You were on the computer, you both saw me come in, you saw me waiting in line, and now u want to argue my opinion that your customer service skills is out the door! Get outta here! Never again. #venting @cex

Stopped by for the first time on my little journey with a friend. Found some pretty old games for really decent prices. Found some games going for their actual value rather than an overpriced value you’d see at somewhere like GameStop. Had a pretty good, small collection of video games, gaming consoles, and other electronics. The space was pretty cramped and the set up a bit awkward. Didn’t purchase anything, but will definitely stop by again.
