Carpet Liquidators

I responded to James’ request for «opportunity to make it up to me». James never even acknowledged that carpet liquidators had done anything wrong. James was argumentative and expressed no accountability for measuring the space 500 SQ ft more than it actually was!!! They either intentionally or accidentally tried to charge me an extra $ 1500 — $ 2500. That is not ok. James had nothing to offer me– not even genuine words. I eventually had to hang up because he was so rude and unprofessional. I ended up going with Lowes who were very professional and thorough. Lowes happily double-​checked their work, and their measurements were correct!!!

My wife & I came to Carpet Liquidators because a friend stated they have better rates than Lumber Liquidators. He was right! The actually gave us a better quote to install Laminate flooring in our home. Beat Lumber Liquidators out by over $ 1000. I highly recommend using Carpet Liquidators for your home. We worked with Brandon Carlan and he got us set up. We are going to do the work ourselves to save money but he was very helpful and answered all of our questions!

We recently moved to Lynnwood and stopped in to visit Carpet Liquidators about new carpet for our home. Brandon Carlon was helpful in giving us an idea of the best carpet for our needs and about how much it would cost, sent someone out to measure, and gave us a great price on our carpet. The 2 installers who came worked very hard and professionally. When they informed us at the beginning of the day that it would be a 2-​day job, we told them we had furniture being delivered the next day at about noon. We tried to make a plan of the rooms that needed to be complete by then. Surprisingly, after lunch 2 additional guys came to help and they all worked late! The carpet was all complete by the time furniture was delivered. We love, love, love our carpet! We had a very pleasant experience working with this location.

One of the few non big-​box retailers open on Sunday. Nancy was extremely helpful and informative!

Husband and I visited today for the first time to replace the carpet in our rental house. We were greeted at the door by a lady whom I can remember her name. She finished up with her customer and rushed over to us. She quickly found exactly what we were looking for in a matter of minutes. We were in and out in 20 minutes and even having the carpet installed TOMORROW. I’m highly surprised the quick turn around time, regardless I told her I wanted it ASAP.
Needless to say, if we weren’t moving out of state. I would definitely buy future purchases from this company again. Highly pleased with selection, knowledge, price, quick turn around time for install to be done. The store was bright, clean and very well organized. Leaving my review as a 5 star — let’s see if the installers can keep it there!!!

My wife and I along with our carpet installer visited this location (actually moved to 725 SE Everett Mall Way) and was approached by the salesman, Jerrad Rodriquez. At first I introduced myself as he seemed timid and/​or just unmotivated to be there.
When we choose the carpeting and asked to be loaded out he said there was no warehouse guy available in a «I don’t give a crap tone» which shocked all of us. He wanted to take our money but said we had to come back in two days. Why would you advertise «pick it up today» and have several in stock rolls only to tell your customers you can’t have it today? In today’s world where businesses are closing their doors and moving (like this company), I’m not giving you money without merchandise.
We told him we would go to their Kirkland location and pick something up today. He laughed and said whatever. He called them in front of us (per our request) and laughed on the phone with whomever was on the line like this was a joke. When he hung up and was done humiliating us to his cohort on the other line he stated same thing, no warehouse guy.
We immediately went to Home Depot up the street and found the exact same thing for half the price and they loaded us up in 10 minutes and thanked us with a smile.
Although I am not a fan of «box» stores, and tried to support the smaller community business, I learned that I should not think just because they are locally owned and in our community that they will treat you with respect.
Lesson learned. I will never enter another Carpet Liquidators again and do not recommend them to anybody else with their pretentious attitudes and higher prices.
