I took my watch into Ben Bridge Everett to have the cracked crystal replaced. I was told that it could take up to a week for an estimate which was no problem with me, the associate assured me that they could have an estimate even faster.
Two weeks pass and I have heard nothing from them about my watch. I call to check in, an associate says she will have to call me back. She leaves me a message five hours later explaining how she was unable to check with the watchmaker and will let me know the status next Monday. Of course Monday comes and no call, I wait a couple more days then ask for my watch to be returned to me without a estimate.
Overall my experience with Ben Bridge has been a pain. Lots of wasted time and very poor communication on their end. I would not trust them with handling large purchases.

I had a wonderful experience picking out a band for a promise ring my husband gave me 12 years ago. The promise ring is a weird shape but the super nice sales lady found me a perfect band. When I picked up the ring it was so beautiful. They did a great job merging the two rings together. I would recommend ben bridge to everyone!

We went in the other day in search of a ring. I wish I remembered the name of our sales associate. She had a great personality and was really helpful. We found a couple of rings at really good prices but wanted to look around some more. We ended up settling on a ring at another store that I fell in love with and knew was the one. However, I thought the selection and the service was great and I would definitely shop there again.

I have been going to this store since 2010. Parker is our jeweler we see. She is an excellent saleswoman and she has a perfect eye for the best jewelry. We have had a lot of custom pieces made. We wouldn’t buy anywhere else. Parker’s customer service exceeds my expectation.
