Beacon at Center Apartments

It has been almost a year since we moved in and to say the least it has been easy. However, I never say the least. Recently they put in an off leash dog park. I have yet to use it but by all appearances it has the quality and space appropriate for an apartment complex. It is a brilliant addition. My wife and I have never had an issue that was not dealt with promptly by management. Of course, I must mention Natalia at the front office. Personally I have only met her a few times but it is clear she cares about the residents and the community. This is easily the one of the best places to live in Everett.

Right in the middle of the south Everett gang war. Not a good area for families. Also owned by The Mark on 4^th Ave W.

Been at these apartments since October 2014, everything seemed fine at first but last month, February, both of my cars got broken into one week apart. There were multiple cars getting broken into. After my car got broken into I complained to what seems to be the only lady who works there. I even asked about their surveillance cameras but found out it hadn’t been working. She even told me that they were going to add more cameras to the apartments. Told her that with this many car break ins that they needed to add more security to patrol at night but was only told that she has to run it across management. Haven’t heard or seen anything done to make sure the tenants feel safe and secure.
Otherwise, I like the apartment layout. Just be warned that they add an extra $ 20 on rent for «valet waste» that you cannot opt out of. Seems useless when you can just take the trash out yourself but I use it because I’m getting charged for it either way.
