My laptop stopped working so I stopped by the Computer Group store. Apparently they have moved across the street to 2171 Morgan Ave. Anyway, Chris Kirby took a look at the laptop, as they provide free estimates. It turned out that it had gone into a «sleep» mode, which he was able to correct immediately. That was great as I expected something major had gone wrong. His charge for all this was zero. To me that was impressive. I know that the next time I need computer services, I will be going back there.
