I’m so pleased with everything about simply Mac! I came into the store very sure that they wouldn’t be able to help me. (I dropped my iPhone 6 and my screen turned all white/​black) I basically just went in to get my boyfriend off my Back. I was fully prepared to go to AT&T after stopping in to purchase another $ 850 phone. Well. The moment I walked in I was treated with great customer service and was told I’d be without my phone for 3 – 6 days. A week later I get a phone call that it will only cost $ 116 to fix. I highly recommend coming in here. They actually send your phone to an Apple Store to get fixed.
