Rented a compact car for a week trip to Florida. The price was much cheaper here than the Enterprise at the airport in Evansville for the same vehicle (167 vs 380). I did add on the $ 18.99/ day coverage for downtime of the vehicle was wrecked, so the total was about 320.
This location was busy during pickup and drop off. Even with 5 – 6 employees, they seemed understaffed. The employees were polite and friendly

when I need a car I always choose this location. They’re always very helpful & friendly. if they don’t have what I need then they either upgrade me or work to get what I need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town. I do wish however that they were open on Saturday a bit longer.

Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Cars are clean. Appreciate the pick up and delivery service. They do need earlier and later hours and Sunday evening return would be helpful. There is some confusion as to which way is cheaper to reserve/​rent vehicles: on-​line or at the office.

We made a reservation over the phone and were told the wrong information about payment methods and deposits but the staff at this location were very helpful and got us going despite not having the right paperwork. My biggest complaint is the condition of the car we were given. It was dirty both inside and out and smelled of cigarette smoke. Really this was not acceptable but we had no choice as this location was very busy. They do have great rates but substandard quality.
