I like to go here and enjoy some BBQ wings! We are fans of the boneless Honey BBQ wings. Servers are usually pretty good, fast, knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Prices are reasonable. It is loud, lots of tvs on and music usually playing. Its a good time! I just wish they moved faster! Sometimes your food is cold. Sometimes all you see are the servers playing around. I wish I could work like they do!

This would have been a 2 star review had the manager not have come to the rescue just in time. I ordered food that proved to be a tad too spicy for my liking, totally my fault I know but I did not enjoy the meal. I mentioned to the server that I didn’t like the food, and I understand she couldn’t do anything about it. The manager came just in time and asked about the food to which I replied I didn’t like it she offered to comp the meal but I politely declined. Still she did give me a discount, which I appreciated. Food may be below par but the service I got was above and beyond. Will be back here next time I’m in Evansville.

I don’t drink or do the sports-ball, so 60% of the point to BWW is lost on me. Beyond that you’re left with the food. While the concept of having tons of flavors to your wings is interesting, they deliver by simply taking a wing and tossing it in a bowl with the seasoning of choice. This is not an effective way to flavor a piece of meat, especially if it’s already been encased in breading before you season. The flavors are meh at best, the prices are too high to justify forgettable chicken and so-salty-you-taste-nothing-else french fries. Not bad, but not great. Service at this location is impeccable and has always been incredibly courteous and nice.

I have not had this bad of a service experience in decades. 20 minutes before we saw a server 30 minutes before we we received our basic drink order. Lemonade ice tea etc. We had to ask twice for a server to wait on our table. The food was decent. But management has their hands full here. They are a mess.

I have never had a bad experience at a BW3’s. But E-Ville BW3 raises the bar. Quick service and always asks which game I want to watch on the big screen.

AILEEN was our server too and she made sure we got everything we ordered. She actually went above and beyond what most servers try to do to make our dinner enjoyable. The food was good and our drinks were never empty. Thanks AILEEN!

friendly, but the kitchen is unbelievably slow. they don’t put out the timers for lunch. I wouldn’t either with a kitchen this slow. it is clean, and TVs are bright. food is good, but again, very very slow. 45 minutes for an order of a family of 6 with the restaurant about 20% full.

Erica is a bartender here. She provides great service and seems to have quite the following. She is attentive to each patron and is a great asset to the Buffalo Wild Wings corporate or franchisee location. I come to this location 2 or 3 times per year, and Erica always remembers me as the person that requests a hockey game to be televised. The only reason this location didn’t get 5 stars is because the Thursday night bartender(linda, I think) was worth 1 star herself. she seemed very disinterested in her job. Maybe the wrong industry to be in for her. Never smiled, and never made any attempt to make the customers feel welcome. If I was manager at this location, I would give Erica a raise or promotion and let Linda move on to an office job where she doesn’t have to deal with people
