Bram was the best thing to happen to us as first time home buyers. He took the time to explain the ins and out of home buying before we started looking, really helping to put our minds at ease about the whole process. What started out as a casual first look at some houses quickly turned into a bidding situation. Bram guided us through the whole thing and was a stellar negotiator when we needed it. I don’t think we could have had a smoother first home buying experience. I’ve already started recommending him to my friends looking to buy their first houses.

Bram Chill was born to be a real estate agent. He is professional, detailed, knowledgeable, patient, and has strong relationships with professionals throughout the industry. Bram is an excellent communicator who kept us informed and calm throughout process. He made himself readily available in person, email, phone, and text, and worked with us in the early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Bram was great at offering advice based on his experience, he made sure that we were comfortable with the decisions at hand, and was willing to acclimate to our needs. Our purchase and sale went quick and smooth thanks to Bram’s advice, knowledge, and leadership. Bram was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend Bram to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a home.

Bram was fantastic from the first time I talked to him. He took the time to get to know me, my family, and my financial situation. Bram is very honest and straightforward, which I think is extremely important in these stressful real estate situations. He thoroughly and quickly answered all of our questions. In a little less than a month from the first time I contacted him, Bram helped us sell our condo and get an offer accepted on a new house. This even included a single day where he coordinated and came with us on visits to ten houses (including our two small children!). I could not be happier that I chose to work with Bram, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home or buy a new one.
