I am giving this a 5 star review because they will have available parts for stoves, refrigerators, ranges, washing machines, air conditions, vacuum cleaners and other equipment.
They will have parts when big box stores like Home Depot, Menards, and Lowes do not have .
As for someone who made a remark on ordering online over the internet, I find this statement to be a joke …
If I need a part in an emergency, I am going to pay UPS or FedEx like $ 25.00 -$ 50.00 for overnight delivery on a part costing $ 13.00 coming from the internet. Why do you think its cheap?
I rather purchase a part from this place paying only $ 13.00 with tax. Now thats cheap minus the $ 35.00 delivery charge from FedEx or UPS.
Whats going to happen if I am not home when the UPS truck drives down to my address?

Yes, I have to peel off the 1^st delivery notice from the door and waste my gas driving to Northbrook, il. Later, I have to wait in a long line either finding out the item could be still in the truck or the storage area.
Do you want to experience the hassle driving to the post office?
If the item still has presence in the truck, I have to wait in the UPS waiting room until the truck arrives to the docking station at 6:00 p. m…
I just wasted time and money for gas when I could have done all on one trip to the store.

If you have a tenant needing a stove to cook for hungary children, you will want the part in one day or less.
A one trip to this store will solve the problem.
Use your left brain skill, do the math and compute the probability of the cost effectiveness ordering the part from the internet.
As for customer service, they are professional and hospitable. Both of my parents bought parts from them over the years. And they have plenty of parking.
If you have a smartphone, snapshot a photo of the model number of the appliance. Technology had made getting information so much easier.

Recently, I had the occasion to purchase an appliance repair part from Automatic Appliance Parts. I found the price to be almost twice that of online vendors. Next time I’m in need of a replacement part, I’ll comparison shop first. I’d rather wait a couple of days and buy online instead of paying RETAIL-​PLUS.
