I was visiting a friend in Augusta over Memorial Day weekend. Friday, when we set up at Heritage RV park our slide would not come out. Augusta RV took us in that afternoon. It took Richard about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. However, they didn’t have the part. Richard only charged us for the 30 minutes work. When I started to leave their after paying my RV would not start. Richard worked 3.5 hours to diagnose the problem without success. He even had a tech from another shop come to help. At the end of the day he didn’t charge me a dime and let us keep our RV on their lot hooked up to power. They gave us access to the RV over the weekend even though they were closed. Richard and Augusta RV were great. They went over and above for us.
