Great experience this rainy morning. Haley the Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!

Well this past Friday I went and had a $ 50 bill at DD. Never in a million years did I ever think I would spend that much but everyone who helped me was very accommodating. I ordered 100 munchkins, two boxes of joe, and a large coffee. The service was very fast for all that I ordered. They also gave me cups, sugar, creamers, etc. The best part was that they gave me a huge bag to carry it all in considering I was only one person. I will definitely go back for something like that again.

I ordered a simple ham sandwich and within an hour I was throwing up bigtime. I haven’t been back since.

The bathroom was a spectacle to behold! Suspiciously clean with a scent that was reminiscent of spring rain. The coffee was pretty good too.

Went on a Monday morning to get a dozen donuts for the guys moving my household goods. When I got home with the box the donuts weren’t even slightly warm and tasted like they were several hours old. They were tough and the glaze wasn’t covering the entire thing. Very disappointed in the product at this location. On the positive side, I purchased two iced caramel lattes on Sunday and they were superb. The intercom is lacking in quality at this location and the server taking my order seemed impatient. I didn’t finish ordering and she over talked me asking if I wanted anything else. I don’t know if she couldn’t hear or was in a hurry.

Was just there and ordered the«number 10 with a large iced coffee.» The menu specifically states«with hash browns» for the #10. The text«with hash browns» is colored different than the other menu items so as to emphasize the idea that the #10 comes WITHHASHBROWNS. Words mean things. If it doesn’t come with hash browns, you shouldn’t advertise that it does in plain English for all to see. When I was given my meal without them I questioned the employee as to why I wasn’t receiving them. She said, «it doesn’t come with them if you look at the receipt.» I explained why I expected them to be part of the #10 and pointed to the menu. She said«oh you have to ask for those separately.» Uh actually, no I don’t, it’s advertised that way. She groaned and gave me a tiny bag with 4 hash browns in it, which again, isn’t what is pictured and isn’t what is advertised. Then she elaborated further to her own discredit, «the cashier is new and forgot to ask you about that.» Well, why don’t you train your new employees then? Rather than throwing her under the bus? What an unprofessional answer to an inquiry that seemed to me to be pretty straight forward. I normally would not complain about a blatant misunderstanding that was clearly up through communication, however, I stood at the register waiting to be served while 4 different employees carried on a conversation about workplace gossip, ignored me and one by one walked past me without greeting me or saying someone will be with you momentarily. It wasn’t until the new girl who was working her butt off while the other(assuming more experienced) employees stood and gossiped within earshot of customers noticed me that she stopped, approached me, said I’ll be with you shortly, then finished her work before serving me. Clean up your act. The service industry is absolute crap nowadays. Employees act like the customer is there to benefit them rather than actually working to earn our business as it should be and this store’s team emphasizes that entitlement attitude/stereotype. Stop perpetuating your own bad reputation. I will probably never patronize this establishment again unless forced to for a work function. Sorry but I’m not sorry, that’s how business works. You either serve your customers or you lose them.

There are not a lot of places to sit, relax peacefully without commotions, read the newspaper or news on your phone and enjoy a coffee or ice latte. Great place to bring the family on weekends or the perfect place to bring your date for coffee in the evenings. I’ve always been highly satisfied with this location over the Watertown ones. Plus, they have a free community room that can be booked ahead of time and used for professional business meetings.

I’m from the Boston area, picky about my DD locations and service and they have a true to standard business. This one is large, has a drive through, and has NEVER screwed my coffee up. Employees are nice, and they keep it clean. I don’t eat DD food, can only attest to their coffee.

Good and fast service. And of course… Dunkin Donuts coffee.

I mean, it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. Don’t get too excited here. I’ve gotten to-go & dined in, and both have been satisfactory experiences. The inside has a pretty big seating area, and seemed clean enough. The employees were actually really friendly, too.(I am always sort of shocked when I receive nice customer service at fast food establishments.) Docking two stars because one time my coffee tasted burnt, and the brownie batter doughnut I got was a little stale. My husband, however, just about lost his mind(in a good way) over his breakfast sandwich.(It was good, but he can be a little dramatic.)

We’ve recently been taking several trips to Upstate NY and have stopped at this DD a few times. Every time we stop, we become more disappointed. Now, to be fair, we usually stop later on in the evening, so I guess I should expect that the donuts are a bit on the stale side. Employees seem to be fairly disinterested in the customers… perhaps distracted(although I’m not sure by what). I think we will be skipping this DD from now on, as I don’t want to disrupt whatever the employees are doing anymore. I don’t like to inconvenience people.

Hey, it’s a Dunkin Donuts, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this place. They have a drive-thru and a pretty decently sized seating area, so you can eitherstay in your car or hang out there if you’re not in a rush. The employees always seem to be goofing around a bit, but the service didn’t really suffer for it. I’ve gone in with a big order before and they handled it pretty quickly.
