This is always my families first choice when we get together. Great service and great food! Joe is so great to our kids too!

I hear the place is newly renovated! Came in on a Monday night and we were seated quickly. Ordered our drinks, appetizer, and food right away. The menu had lots of Italian options with a great variety. We ordered the provel wedges. No complaints! I was so happy that a salad actually came with a pasta order! The salad was alright! I ordered the penne Marsala pasta! Oh Soo yummy! ! My friend ordered the tortellini with mushrooms and peas and said it was great ! My parents split the chicken Marsala(which I stole bites of) very wonderful experience!

I wish I could give this zero stars. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. Waited over an hour for our food when many other tables around us got their food well before us even though the arrived more than a half hour after we had arrived. And our waitress was no where to be found most of the time. The least she could have done was stop by our table to let us know the kitchen was backed up. I am so disappointed because I had heard so many wonderful things about this place.

Great food, in fact one of our faves! Service tends to either be awesome or mediocre at best. A favorite for pizza in our family! We visited a different location since this location was closed for repairs from flooding. Service at alternate location was 10X better

The place is old and dirty I will never eat there again. I am Italian and their food gives us a bad name.

This was recommended by a local, and it didn’t disappoint! Excellent flatbread pizza& a generous salad. The toppings were solid, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Staff were very hospitable as well It will be one of our regular stops when we pass this way!

A very humble Italian restaurant in the heart of Eureka. There are many classy and traditional Italian dishes available, though we decided to go with the pizza. It was absolutely delicious and well worth the price paid! While waiting, you’ll be served pieces of bread along with olive oil to dip it in. I must say, this is a wonderful step-up from the typical«bread with butter» given at any other restaurant. Our server, Miranda, was very sweet and described the whole menu to us. I would like to thank her again for alerting us on our way to our car that we had left our boxed food on the table. Great place with a wonderful atmosphere and terrific food to go along with it. We’ll definitely be returning sometime soon.

We went in for dinner on Friday during the concerts on central. It was a fairly late dinner. So the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded. However, we still managed to wait over an hour after ordering our food to actually receive it. We waited 40 minutes for just salads and bread. While the food was delicious, the long wait was unacceptable. We have no desire to return to this restaurant.

Best thin crust pizza in St. Louis! We ordered a large pizza and dinner salads, it’s a perfect meal for two(and a snack the next day). Very nice outside dining patio, partially covered. If you are looking for excellent pizza just 2 minutes from Hwy 44, I recommend Joe Boccardi’s.

I love their Chicken Florentine and their pizza(except that they use canned mushrooms). Three stars is because they have overcrowded the restaurant with tables. No room to walk and the sound level is deafening. You can’t have a nice quiet dinner on a busy night.

Stumbled on this place thanks to Unilocal. So glad I had the opportunity to enjoy some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. We ordered two pizzas and cheese garlic bread. We are staying next to six flags, about a 6 min drive down the service road very easy to find and well worth the short drive. Hell I would drive 45 min for pizza like this. The location is great and very nice(very clean from what I could see) we had take out. Immediately after my family started to tear into the pizzas I called back and ordered two more and an additional chews garlic bread. Total order: 1 large pizza Raffaele 3 large pepperoni pizzas 2 cheese garlic breads Damage: bout 60 bucks Making last call on second order: Priceless! Check this place out, I bet everything is amazing!

Perfect weather to sit out on the patio which was nicely decorated and lit. I hadn’t been here in years and the food was as amazing as I remembered, seafood pasta was incredible and paired well with their house Chardonnay.

When I see a place with«ristorante» in its name, I automatically assume it isn’t for me. Kick me off Unilocal if you want to, but fancy-schmancy places aren’t my thing. One of my personal mottos is: «If I have to dress up, I don’t want to go.» –Atmosphere– I was pleased to learn Joe Boccardi’s Ristorante in Fenton is not at all fancy. It’s a casual Italian place, tucked away in the shopping center just south of Culver’s and Burger King. It’s an order-at-the-counter restaurant. Drinks are served in foam cups. Napkins are paper. The dining area is small. I’d say it has 9 or 10 tables. You’ll seat yourself. They’ll bring your food to your table, but that’s pretty much the extent of the table service. If you want a drink refill, head back to the counter. –Menu– On the menu, you will find toasted ravioli, chicken wings, chicken strips, sandwiches, salads, a variety of pasta dishes, a few chicken dishes(e.g., chicken parmigiano), and pizza. –Food– I’ve dined here a couple of times. On one visit, I had the Mama Boccardi salad(lettuce, Boar’s head honey turkey, ham, artichoke hearts and Provel). I ordered mine without cheese and with homemade Italian dressing on the side. With my customizations, it was a light meal. It was served with two tomato wedges, which had not been mentioned on the menu. That was a nice surprise for me. I love tomatoes. On another visit, I ordered the lunch portion of mostaccioli with marinara sauce. It was served with plenty of sauce, which I appreciate.(It’s impossible to give me too much sauce.) The sauce was tangy and slightly acidic. My lunch included a small dinner salad that contained lettuce, cheese, and a tomato wedge. I had the Italian dressing again, but I forgot to order it on the side. Oh, well. I ended up emptying a jar of parmesan on my mostaccioli, which would have made my healthy«dressing on the side» request seem kind of silly. –Rating– The food is pretty good here. I just wish they had a bigger dining area. You definitely should not bring a crowd of people here. It’s /small/. Based on what I’ve had, I give Joe Boccardi’s Ristorante 3 A-OK stars and a big high-five for not making me dress up to dine with them. So far, it’s been a great place for a quick Italian lunch.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Service was no existent. It even took 20 minutes to get the check, asking twice to OTHER employees. On the 4th request we got bread. The pizza had no sauce(we had 3 different pizzas). I had the mostacolli … Sauce tasted like it was out of a tomato sauce can — literally NO flavor. The meatballs were just hamburger, without spices. Even my salad which was the only thing of value at the table, was way to heavy in dressing. They even claim the raves are«in-house» made — I can tell you they are off of the hill. Just a very sorry experience, so bad I will not give them another try. I even left my number on the receipt if the manager wished to call, but I am not holding my breath

I was here with some other folk to celebrate a birthday and found everything to be quite tasty. I had the Chicken Parm, which came with two big fried cutlets and the fries I had on the side were tasty too. The salad was an interesting mixture of lettuce, provel cheese, and a tomato. I had some spumoni for dessert and it was simply delicious! The atmosphere is like that of an old-fashioned Italian joint, with lots of mood-lighting and pictures. It got very busy and noisy but our server was attentive and nice. The only issues were they missed up parts of our order twice, bringing the wrong item or such, and the soda had a flat taste – both the Coke and Mr. Pibb. Overall I had a good time and would go back – especially for some more spumoni!

Mauve sponge painted walls, crammed tables, and a customer wearing a Juggalo hat. My first and lasting impression throughout the meal. I was gifted with the opportunity to stare at all three throughout the duration of the meal. The pizza? Okay. Nothing impressive. Crispy thin crust with a combo of cheese. The salad? It’s green. That’s my positive outlook. Iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese, a couple of tomato slices for the large house. Terribly unimpressive. Service? Sloooooooow. Slow enough we were tossing Sweeney Todd jokes. Friendly though(with quick refills).

Good, simple Italian. Busy place, don’t be in a rush, they have Coke products so that’s one star extra in my book, hence the 4 stars.

GREATGREATPIZZA… what can I say. No matter what else I try… I can’t help but returning to the thin crispy crust and sauce of their pizza… Nice outside seating/under cover and covered… I believe the best thing about this restaurant is the service. The servers and staff always seem to work as a team and one of the sons or the owner seems to always be present to be sure the customers know that he cares.

Decent place — ok but not great. Certainly not worth driving out to unless you happen to be in the area. The toasted cannelloni was the best thing I ate. Great take on the whole t-rav concept but in a different form that works well. The house salad was also yummy. Sadly, the tortellini was bland and not quite warm when it arrived. The sauce was also uninspired. The low point involved the smell of cigarette smoke that left me convinced that someone was smoking somewhere in the restaurant.

This place has the BEST St. Louis-style pizza I’ve tried since moving up here. Everything about the pizza is perfect — the cracker-thin crust, the creamy provel, and the toppings are always perfectly cooked. I adore their house Italian dressing. It is so good. Their toasted ravioli is amazing, as well as the meat sauce it comes with. The service is decently quick, and the lunch menu is awesome(highly recommended). I’ve never had any kind of issue that would discourage me from coming back. Even the soda is surprisingly delicious. I think they have a special beverage dispensing system, if my husband is to be believed. You’ve gotta try this place.
