Brought phone there, because screen was cracked. Everything else on my phone worked perfectly. Got phone back, camera doesn’t work, screen had a line though it. Had to go next day to base store, in Arcata, he replaced screen, but wanted to charge to reconnect the camera the person at the mall disconnected. Long story short, I did not want to pay the extra $ 50. The new screen must have been cheap or something, it re broke with in days. Never will use again.

At first I was stoked that iexperts had a refurbished sprint phone on hand that I could use to replace my lost phone, but when I tried to set it up it didn’t have the sim card. Alright, no prob I called Sprint and they sent me a sim card asap. I put that sucker in the phone and called to activate the phone and what do you know? This phone is reported stolen! Who sells a phone to a customer and hasn’t checked to see if it has been reported stolen? To add icing to the cake the dude gave me the wrong charger for this phone. All sorts of unprofessional people working at this Eureka location. I realize that the one guy is new, but the one training him should be double checking his work.

$ 140 to replace shattered screen. Took less than an hour to repair. Warranty included. 10% off Unilocal offer to show appreciation. Total $ 126, eh not bad. Would’ve been nice if it was less than 100 to replace the screen. I would have upgraded my phone if there was a sprint store in this county for that price.

Super fast service and competitive prices. They fixed my phone in about 20 minutes, gave us a great deal on two cases AND offered us a deal to fix my husband’s phone as well! We we’ll definitely be coming back! :)

Horrible experience here. Left a phone to get some hardware fixed up and returned later to be told that they couldn’t fixed anything. When asked if the phone was in worse condition than when left they blatantly lied and told me no. Later discovered several hardware and software issues and had to fix those and original problems elsewhere.

I have had the worst experience i could have imagined at this location… taking my divice in to have a screen fixed was the worst waste of my time and energy no to mention money… the staff was extremely rude and bashed my place of work in front of other customers and felt the need to purposely make fun of my coworker who has a foren name i felt this as racist and ignerent… after geting my divice back i inspected ot and saw that there was dust and finger prints under the screen. i was going to let this go when i relised the button was not working and was stuck down when i pointed this out to the associate he stated that i must have broke it(the divicw hadent left the counter at this point) he also told me that to fix it i was going to have to pay for a new screen after saying that this is unfair the associate agreed to fix the isue at no charge… when i came back a week later to pick up the divice we had the same issue the button would not work properly and the screen had finger prints and dunt under it again at this point i gave up and just did an isurence clame… i got into contact with the the owner to let them know what isues i had had and he stated he wanted to see me in person to talk about any probloms and see if he could personaly resolve them… this was aperintly a lie i tryed to call or text him on the day we were soposed to meet to conferm the time he finaly replyed 4 hours later saying he had other plans and that he didnt appreciate the calls… finely i was offer a refund of my money… but the fact that my divice wasnt ever fixed my time was waisted my friend and coworker was belitled and i was treated like trash i could defanetly recommend not going to the eureka location…
