Culver’s Of Eureka

I signed up for Unilocal just because I wanted to share what a great experience I had here.
We went to lunch here on the way to Six Flags. Party of 5 on a very busy Saturday. It was raining heavily so we spent over an hour inside waiting out the rain. In the hour we were there, we were amazed at the AWESOME service and attention to detail by every one of the employees to every single customer.
The food came out hot, fresh and delicious. For fast food, it really tastes great.
The employees were very friendly taking our order and bringing our food. Several times they stopped by all the tables and asked if there was anything they could bring, take away and how the meal was. This is superior to other fast food chains.
After our meal, I went to the counter to order desserts for our party of 5. My husband is allergic to tree nuts, so I inquired if tree nuts where in the flavor of the day. The man taking my order assured me no, and also offered to make my husbands dessert from a fresh batch of custard and on a separate tray and using separate utensils. He said they have special procedures they do to ensure dust from nuts doesn’t get into the food.
I was completely amazed by the level of service and quality of food. This will now be our go-​to place for our trips to Six Flags!

The staff here was very friendly — better customer service than I’ve received in many quick service restaurants. The food was very good as well and came out fast but still got and fresh.

I had never been to a Culvers before today. Paul, the owner, waited on us and he was super nice, offering us the best value at the register. Then they were handing out free samples of burgers. All the food was delicious.

Some of the food here is pretty good, other food is plain terrible. The burgers here are some of the blandest I’ve ever had, but some of the sandwiches (particularly the reuben) are decent. Additionally, when I’ve ordered any food in the drive through it always comes to me looking like someone sat on the sandwiches beforehand — flat as a pancake with the contents nearly completely spilled out. I don’t get what the hype about the cheese curds is — typical tasteless fried food.

Best service of all the Culver’s we have visited. Received 2 free complimentary coffee with our meals. Staff are very polite. Fast service as usual. Whenever we come to Six Flags in St. Louis, we go to this Culver location.

This is your typical Culver’s — which I happen to really, really like — looks to be relatively new. It’s very very clean (inside and out) and cute with outdoor seating. Staff is very friendly and very efficient which helps because of all the Culver’s I’ve visited (and there have been a few I hate to admit) this is by far the busiest. Although I try to keep away from fast food places, Culver’s is my exception, mainly because they have such a great varied selection of menu items which ranges from salads to chicken sandwiches, pot roast, fish, shrimp, and oh, yeah, burgers and, most importantly, the food actually tastes good — AND I really like those darn cheese curds!
I will definitely be visiting this location again on my trips to St. Louis/​Eureka since it’s so close to Six Flags.
