Carpet Express

I am sharing this on behalf of Wildberries Marketplace in Arcata. We have always had positive and valuable service from Carpet Express and have used them exclusively over the years whenever we have flooring concerns and/​or needs. We recently worked with Carpet Express for a major renovation job in our Deli and Meat Departments and coordinated a ONE DAY project so that we would have minimum downtime due to the loss of sales with having to close these two areas of our operation for the flooring replacement work. Carpet express came through big time and overcame significant obstacles to ensure that their work was completed in time for us to restock these two areas of our store and be up and running while missing only the one day in sales. Every objective was met and their work was of the highest quality leaving nothing to chance nor anything in less than stellar condition. This was an expensive and challenging one day project and Carpet Express approached with commitment and dedication to providing the highest quality of service and expertise. We highly recommend this company from their years of tremendous service to our store, and this latest project not only confirmed what we already had experienced but took their reputation to a whole new level with their unstoppable and dedicated crew.

Picking out the carpet was easy with Jason’s expertize he was extremely helpful and gave us many choices for the decorating plans that we had for our home. Daniel and Miranda were also very knowledgeable and helpful.
The installers, zadok and Stephen were professional. They worked quickly and kept everything on the job neat and clean. Our house has never looked better. We love our new floors and our new carpet!

Carpet Express installed three linoleum floors in our house in preparation with having it listed for sale. The sales staff was very professional and really helped find just what we needed at the right price. The installer did a fantastic job and very quickly. they even have an «in-​house» plumber that come by just as they’re finishing up to re-​install any appliances and plumbing. This company does it right!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Carpet Express! The owner Joe personally came out to my house to measure, and spent some time talking to me about the project and recommending good solutions. The sales staff was very helpful and good at listening to what I wanted and finding colors and patterns that worked. The hardwood and carpet they installed looks fantastic and the installers were not only skilled but also clean cut and polite. From start to finish they made the whole project easy.
