Very pleased! I walked in around 12:30pm on a Wednesday for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. They had a lot of pedicures to choose from so I could have exactly the type of service I wanted and I was seated right away. The two ladies that helped me were very nice and friendly. They took the time to ask what I wanted and did exactly that. The end result was perfect! I read a previous review that a 20% gratuity is always placed on your bill but it did not appear so when I tried to check out($ 35 gel manicure with a $ 35 deluxe pedi = $ 70, which is what they charged me). When I asked to add a tip, I was told that any tips must be cash and they have an ATM in the lobby. It would have been easier to include the tip with my credit card and not have to pay an ATM fee, which is the only reason I didn’t give them five stars. I will definitely be back as my nails look great and the ladies were very accommodating!

Been here several times. The pedis are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Nice atmosphere, GREAT massage chairs(this coming from a person who could usually care less about massage chairs, they usually do nothing for me). Never had to wait more than a couple minutes before being seen. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they are kinda pricey…

Came in at 2:43, waited 5 minutes to be seated for pedicures. I was offered a drink but had my own. Chose the deluxe pedicure while soaking feet, had a switch of technicians and waited another 30 minutes until pedicure began. They seemed busy for the staff available.(I don’t mind extra time in that massage chair.) I had Skylar. Very friendly. She had a funky sense of humor that made me feel comfortable. Hot stone massage, yes!!! I had a great experience today aside from waiting a bit longer than planned. I’ll be back!

This place really let me down today. I go here often but tonight I went using the remainder of a gift card I got for Christmas. I had 52 left on the card and my service was 45. I couldn’t understand why it kept declining so I had to call the TFN on the back of the card. Turns out they automatically charge 20% on top of your services which means if you tip in cash you’re over tipping because they’ve already charged you at checkout. I always wondered why they didn’t have a space where I could leave a tip when I paid, now I know why. Make sure you’re paying what you intend to and if you’re okay with a 20% tip don’t tip on top of that. That’s messed up. I’ll be back but better believe I’m not«tipping» anymore. Got me fk’ed up.

This place is just as expensive, maybe even slightly less expensive, than every where else I have been so far. I came here because Sky Nails didn’t have a nail tech available, that place didn’t have enough staff and it was 4pm on a Tuesday. I went to this place for the first time and got warmly greeted and sat down. Helen was very sweet and all smiles, loved it! She listened to my concerns from the past with other nail techs and gave me the color powder nail overlay perfectly the way I have been asking all other nail techs all along. I like getting the coffin shaped nails and I don’t like putting a tip on my real nails. She is the only nail tech that delivered exactly what I needed and I didn’t have to change a thing or ask her to fix anything! I won’t be going anywhere else for my nails now. I only spent $ 35 on my nails where other places that I have been to that aren’t to my standard have charged me $ 45. Only thing is that they only accept tips in cash and they messed up someone’s appointment but that wasn’t Helen’s fault.

I went here because it was close by I thought how bad could it be? Shortest pedicure I’ve ever had and my heels are still rough. Can’t find anywhere that gives a decent manicure and this was no exception. It was not worth what I paid! Won’t go here again. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I went to this nail salon last week and got a fill. Less than a week a nail poped off. I dont believe that i will go back to this nail salon again. One of my nails was off and plus the fill and they charged me 25.00.

This place is already expensive, but I don’t mind paying when I get good service. This was the WORST service ever. I just walked out of this place after sitting with my feet in the water for 30 minutes. My mother and I got there and a party of five arrived right behind us in a limo. They asked them if they had reservations and they said no. The owner set them ahead of us and immediately started serving them while we waited for 30 minutes with no drink. We have been coming here for years, but will not go back. We came across the street to sky nails where we got incredible service.

I never go anywhere else for my acrylics. Good service and free drinks. They’re willing to work with you to design fun nail art. The men are usually better at it and more gentle. Ask for Simon!

This is my favorite nail place in the Slake/Colleyville/Grapevine area. The owners and staff are like family to me. Some of my favorite nail techs are Tony, Ann, Ivy and Helen, but I have used others too and always get a good outcome. I can’t say enough good about my «nail home». Love these people.

Been coming here for years and I’ve never had anything negative to say. The staff is like family to us and after have had my nails done by everyone in there I’d have to say Ann, Hellen, Ivy, and Tony are who I suggest you ask for.

We enjoy the Deluxe Spa Pedicures as they really massage my wife’s feet and lower legs. Great time.

Yes, Tony does a great job on nails but I have had a pedi here several times now and its been very«half-done»… I ask for them to really buff and they just totally forget… just one thing… sigh…

Everything was great after my pedicure until I remembered I needed a nail on my hand fixed. The lady got upset and told me I should’ve told her when she was doing my pedicure. She was so rude about it. After a stressful day at work being scolded by the nail lady is the last thing I needed.

My daughter gets her brows waxed here and loves it. I get my gel manicure here and pedicures. Always busy, but usually get us in pretty quick!

I was a walk in around 4pm and they took me right away! The lovely lady who did my nails is ANNA! She was amazing! I am visiting Texas from Florida and I would definitely come here again if I come back to Texas! I just took off my acrylic nails and then I went here to have a gel French manicure done. She evened out my nails, lightly drilled, kept my length and did a really nice gel French on my brittle nail. She was very delicate but amazing! I am so happy I went here! If you want a gel mani go see Anna! She was super nice and great with my nails!

This is my favorite place to go to near Bedford. Granted, I’ve only tried about three other salons since moving here, but I was very satisfied once I found this place and have stopped looking. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the consistency. I always get french tips for my manicure and they get the thickness just right every time. I usually go in the evening and they always have enough techs to do my mani and pedi at the same time. If you go in the middle of the day on an afternoon you may wait a little bit. But this usually doesn’t happen in my experience. One downside is that they don’t allow you to tip on your card. You have to bring cash or use the ATM in the store, which doesn’t charge any fees, but my bank still does. Seems kinda sketchy like they don’t want to have to claim their tips. Who knows, service is still good.

So I’m going with a no on this place. The lazy lady who did my nails, I think her name was Rachel… left a horrid feeling with me. I have always been under the assumption that when you ask for a basic pedicure, they are supposed to leave your feet smooth, and that means using the proper tools. The salon wanted to charge me $ 5 to scrub my feet with a cheese grater. Are you kidding me? So I sat back and watched her do a halfway decent job after I told her no thank you and it ran me hot. I kept my cool, tipped her and left. She didn’t even smile until I gave her a tip. So, on to the next one in my quest for a nail place that I just love. Man I miss Julie from Sani Nail… shoot!

I would give this a 0 if I could. Walking in my friend and I got wine and the lady asked for our age which we are over age. Then the owner walks by starts speaking in Vietnamese about how I was lying about my age not knowing that I am Vietnamese. All they needed to do was ask for my id and they would had known. They honestly talk a lot of s*** about their customers and I do not appreciate it and I’m sure everyone else doesn’t either. They also commented on how we were only going to tip them 2 bucks and insulting us as cheap. They all stared at me giving me a nasty look while walking by as well. I do NOT appreciate this place at all and it is way too pricey. I AMNEVERCOMINGHEREAGAIN. Horrible customer service!!! People should not come here unless they want to be talked about. *Most other nails saloons do not talk about you like this place. I would not recommend anyone coming here.
