I want to give this store the highest rating for several reasons: we had Verizon service for over 12 years, switched recently around Thanksgiving for economic reasons, but the store continues to serve me. The service has always been great;if they were busy it’s because they’re popular and they know what they’re doing. One person in particular, Patrick, has helped me through a number of things, frequently taking a long time to sort them out. Most recently he spent an hour on on the phone, mostly on hold, while he talked to the Verizon office about it a billing dispute over my discontinued service. After this ordeal he even said I could come in some other time and take a tutorial on my new smart phone even though I don’t use Verizon anymore. I can’t think of a higher compliment to pay these people and especially this fellow Patrick. If I could give out extra stars I’d give the store a six and Patrick an 11 !!! Thank you !

My 3 encounters with this store were fantastic. Very patient and helpful staff. Wait time can take a while but that has as much to do with Verizon’s system than anything else. I went in the other day because my Droid kept restarting. The agent, Daniel, was as patient and helpful as possible, which is fantastic because it took an hour and a half to resolve the issue. Many agents wouldn’t have that sort of patience, especially when not earning commission for the help. Keep up the good work!

I decided to come here based on all the great reviews… Here was my experience: Very good at letting you know when you’ll be helped, and how long it will take. Very poor at knowledge… my rep at one point said I qualified for a Dads n Grads promo, and a switch from ATT promo — which they later determined, you can only get one rebate. In addition, all reps were unable to figure out how to let me pay for my iPhone 6 outright — seriously? Lastly, when I arrived home, voicemail was not even set up. And as if that wasn’t enough… the rep didn’t give me paperwork for rebate — his only instruction was it takes 4 – 6 weeks for rebate card to arrive in mail — so, after waiting 12 weeks, I call wireless source… young woman who answered phone said it was MY responsibility to send in rebate paperwork, not theirs, and there’s nothing she can do. IMO, I’d avoid this place…

I just had the worst experience with customer service here. There is always a huge wait, and the store staff is largely made up of unknowledgeable teenagers. This most recent experience was really shady with a kid trying to be sneaky about contracts. I will not go back to this store.

I’m so glad that I discovered this place. Friendly staff great selection, very comfortable atmosphere, convenient location and plenty of parking. I highly recommend this store for all your wireless needs.

Take all the best Verizon Wireless has to offer, and add all the benefits of working with a local reseller focused on customer service and you have The Wireless Source. I have been impressed with the knowledge of the staff, and their willingness to help. I even get a call from them every once in a while letting me know they have reviewed my cell phone accounts and found a few ways to save me money. Bravo!

I’ve been a Verizon subscriber since before they were Verizon, and although I’ve bought phones a few times at other places, I keep going back to Wireless Source. Always a knowledgeable staff and great service.
