Wow is all I have to say. We decided to try this place since we hadn’t been in awhile and definitely regret it. My hand scooped ice cream tasted freezer burnt and my dads frozen yogurt tasted like coffee mate. This place has gone down hill and is absolutely disgusting. The only thing it has going for it is that they keep it pretty clean. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here for ice cream.

I love TCBY! I’m really not a fan of yogurt but their frozen yogurts are amazing! I’ve gone twice since I moved to Eugene a few months ago & I plan on going when I feel like having a treat.

We’ve been going here since they opened… For years!!! It used to be great… But now they have new owners and everything is horrible I ordered the peach palm and it tasted like a watery ice cubed non flavored mess. Very disappointed. No more daily specials? Really? So yup the new owners don’t care about the TCBY legacy and its followers… Just out for a quick buck and yeah they don’t speak English very well either, my order was messed up and he wouldn’t punch our punch card never going back after 20 plus years. So sad they’ll lose all the regulars… Oh well. Should’ve researched it better new owners.

No more waffle cone Wednesday? So disappointed. Use to work here and that was a huge deal. Went to get 3 of them and it was $ 12! And our order was messed up.

Ok, let’s be honest, you are not going to TCBY expecting a gourmet explosion. I got soft serve and the hubs got hand scooped. They were both about what you would expect. Nothing overwhelming but the flavor was good, the shop was clean and the servers were friendly. The soft serve was a little too sweet for me. If you want 5 star frozen yogurt hit up Vanilla Jill’s in the Whit.

I used to go for frozen yogurt all the time when a place called Penguins opened in L.A. Since there are no Penguins here, I thought I’d give TCBY a try. I ordered the hand scooped, rainbow cone. Besides being disgustingly sweet, I could taste the food coloring. It took quite a while to get that taste out of my mouth! After eating less than a quarter of it I found a trash can at a gas station and tossed it. TCBY has a very limited menu anyway (my husband got a raspberry sorbet and it wasn’t very good either, although better than my «rainbow» cone!). I will never go back to TCBY again. If there are no decent places for frozen yogurt in the Eugene/​Springfield area then I’ll stick to ice cream, thank you.

Always love going to TCBY for a soft vanilla frozen yogurt. My daughters love it and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Done the drive-​thru and dined-​in. It’s great either way and have had their frozen cakes which are great. Beats D.Q.

Decent frozen yogurt, fairly priced, has a drive thru. Only con i would say is the shop has a strange odor that lingers through the air.
