I love Dr. Smith and the entire crew at the Smile Institute. I have an amazing smile thanks to Dr. Smith and his staff. Amazing customer service and they actually explain everything the procedure, its price and all options BEFORE they do any work. They are the best around for sure. Thanks for everything you have done for me and my smile.

The best dentist in town! Dr. Drew is great! I had the best experience ever. I love the staff, always on the ball. I must say the dental assistant Shalona made me feel as if I have known her my whole life. I will always recommend this office.

I was a new patient… They confirmed my basic cleaning appointment several times… But 40 minutes after said appointment I was still reading magazines in the waiting room. That’s enough to demonstrate to me that they aren’t respectful of their patient’s time, so I left. Lesson learned… Made an appointment with my old dentist.

Hands down the best dental office in Eugene! I had to use two different dentist over the past couple of years. Both were sub standard. This week I came back to Dr Smith’s office and couldn’t be happier! Debbie, the hygienist, is exceptional. Dr Smith is an industry leader. The whole office delivers a feeling of confidence. I’m so happy that they are providing my dental care.

I love my dentist! I used to hate going in for cleanings, but this place is posh. Each time I come in, I am greeted with a bottle of chilled Perrier and very friendly staff. Dr. Tillman and Dr. Smith are both excellent dentists, and their staff does everything to make me comfortable– my favorite music while in the chair, neck pillow, and a blanket. I love the work they do, and the experience is actually really nice too. Thank you Smile Institute! Please don’t ever change or go away.
