I had a hypnotherapy session with Nancy yesterday. I am so GLAD I did this. In one session I was able to let go of years of hurt and sadness and self blame. During the session I laughed with relief and triumph, and I cried from a deep, usually inaccessible place. Most of all I RELEASED!!! Next time I need some meaningful and effective healing I will be taking the hypnotherapy route with Nancy.
