I’ll try to keep this as short at I can I met with a tattoo artist by the name of Joshua Hood on 3÷27÷16. We spoke about what I wanted he asked me for a appointment deposit and we set a date of 4÷12÷16. He said he would email me a receipt for the downpymnt and a sketch of the tattoo. Text him 8 times before I heard back from him on 4÷8÷16 which to that all he said was«sorry I went home early yesterday, I’ll send you something this weekend» He never sent me a receipt or sketch. Finally on our tattoo date, just a couple hours before our appointment he cancels, which I that point I ask for my money back and he never bothered to reply. So I had to go to his manager Joanne for my money. I Wouldn’t Recommend This so called«Tattoo Artist» to anyone. He is shady and extremely unprofessional. To be fair this establishment is great staff is very knowledgeable and always super clean I will always come here for my piercings.

Fantastic experience! Didn’t consider going anywhere else. I know a ton of people whom have been to High Priestess and have had nothing but good to say about the establishment. Clean, professional, and welcoming environment and staff.(I felt like I was walking into some kind of botique.) I got my nose pierced yesterday(first new piercing in 20 years) and felt safe and supported. The piercer, Alex, was very kind and funny while he walked me through all the steps and what he was preparing to do right before he did(e.g. cleaning the area). I had very little stress throughout the process and walked out smiling. The whole experience was very efficient. I was exceptionally impressed at the care by the facility to ensure safe and hygenic conditions(e.g. nitrile gloves, sharps bin). It kind of felt like a doctors office, which I appreciated considering the services provided.

Joshua Hood one of the artist took my deposit and never drew up my tattoo or texted me back or answered my calls. I would not recommend this place at all. Staff is so rude and the tattoo artists are flakey.

Stopped in today to try and change my nose stud to a ring and some rings in my ears to studs. The staff seemed annoyed to answer my questions, impatient and not welcoming at all. One gal did call the other location to see about a certain ring for me, but then disappeared in the back without communicating what she found out. Overall I was very turned off and will take my business elsewhere.

The peircing staff was great and very knowledgeable. They explained things well when consulting with clients. They had a really good selection of jewelery. They really drove home keeping peircings clean to avoid infection and not doing things during the healing process to have the jewelry slip out by accidentally. I totally recommend them.

Rude staff. We stopped in to change out my daughter’s nose jewelry from a stud to a ring. We were told that the«piercing was done wrong» and therefore could not accommodate a ring?!? We returned to Imperial in Boise, Idaho where their professional and courtesy staff quickly changed out the stud to a ring. Not recommending this place to anyone — the staff is condescending and not helpful.

I had a great experience last week at this High Priestess location. The girls working at the front counter were helpful and knowledgeable and my piercer Jared was exceptional. The location was immaculate and attractively decorated. I considered subtracting a star because there is very little parking room this will not keep me from returning. No better place for piercing in Eugene!
