I’ve been looking for a good salon since I moved to Eugene a few months ago. I was looking at groupon & found a deal for this salon through Susan Cox; I didn’t need the deep conditioning treatment so I booked a haircut online & went the next day. Susan is so nice, she asked me how I found out about her & the salon; I told her the story & she asked me if I bought the groupon deal, I told her no, & she honored the price for my appointment! I was so grateful & happy! She gave me a great haircut, did exactly what I wanted, & would even stop to make sure my hair was looking the way I wanted it to look. Plus she styled my hair super cute & it lasted for a long time (which is rare for me because I have fine, thin, straight hair that can’t hold anything)! I definitely recommend this salon & Susan! I will continue coming back for haircuts & I’m excited to try the waxing & nail services here as well! :)

Came in and was delighted at the friendliness and kindness I received from Susan. She is great at what she does and I had an amazing experience with her. She did a great job cutting all my damaged hair and giving me a fresh healthy look. Susan is truly a sweetheart and cares about her clients and ensuring they do what’s best for their hair.
