Well, I have to say the service here is friendly and non pressured… that’s the good stuff. But if you have a legitimate complaint about a carpet that was installed not at all representing the sample, good luck. The sample and the actual carpet installed made it off to Shaw industries to do an in house test. Surprise! They found nothing wrong with the installed carpet compared to the sample which was clearly a stronger feeling yarn. With the price of carpet as it is today don’t expect the quality to follow suit… just the opposite. So as it stands, no one stood behind the carpet. Direct Carpet played«the silent treatment» as to not be engaged in an obvious discrepancy. after spending over 4k for 3 rooms of carpet we get to be reminded everyday what a disappointment Direct Carpet has been and Shaw industries themselves. Look up the reviews for Shaw and any other manufacturer and you will see the warranties on the back of the sample are not worth the label they were printed on.
