I purchased my last car from Crescent (Lexus) so I decided to come back. I really appreciate that this dealership does everything possible to get you out the door with a vehicle. I was only approved for a $ 5k loan through Selco, so I needed to come up with a down payment of $ 2k. I didn’t have the $ 2k so the owner let me pay with post dated checks to cover the 2k over three months. The windshield wipers were completely shredded, so it made me question the maintenance along the years, but they agreed they would replace them for me. (I am still waiting on their call so they can replace them, but I trust their word). Selco also provided a warranty for me, so I feel more at ease. I have had the car for about 2 ½ weeks and no problems starting and I have been using it as my daily driver. Seems legit. It’s beemer, so I am expecting some hefty maintenance bills soon, but hopefully the warranty covers most of it. All in all, the hispanic gentleman there is my favorite. I really like the owner too because he is efficient and straight to the point. If you are sensitive you might take it as rude, but I just thought it was humorous. Not any more pushy than any other car dealership you go to. I got what I wanted and am happy with the dealership.
