As a nail technician I am only qualified to to grade on customer service, ease of shopping, nail products available and cleanliness. I do not do hair and cannot speak to that side of the store. I have experienced excellent customer service in the years I have bought supplies from CosmoProf (formerly West Coast Beauty Supply). The store is easy to shop and always neat and tidy. The selection of nail supplies has ebbed and flowed. Only on the rare occasion have I left without finding something that would do in a pinch.
I am very sad to see Backscratcher’s product line dismissed and replaced with what I feel is a lesser quality product.
