I recieved great help for my chronic lower back pain that no one else was able to resolve. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is good, and there are not lots of visits involved to be better.

Dr Casey and the team at Conservative Pain Solutions are the best! Years previously I had seen a different chiropractor and just thought because I hadn’t noticed a difference that chiropractors weren’t for me.
Last year I decided to give it another go after some severe pain has me with no other options. I found CPS online and it couldn’t have been a better find! Dr Casey and they office book out the entire office for you and your half hour appointment. You have his full undivided attention during your time slot. It’s not like a doctors office visit that’s un-​personal and you see the doctor for 5 minutes.
Not only do the people at CPS make you feel comfortable… They help you! My pain is gone and I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. Dr Casey even gives you tips and tricks to try at home to keep the pain away. He genuinely wants to make you better. Thanks CPS!

Conservative Pain Solutions has been a life saver. I was in so much pain when I went to see them, but by the time I left from my first visit (earlier today!) I felt like a brand new person. I am walking better, I feel better when I’m sitting down, and my balance has already greatly improved! Dr. Casey is the best! I recommend them 100%!

I have had ribs out of place for the past few years and sciatic problems for even longer. After my first adjustment I felt amazing and after about a month of treatment I felt cured. I was worried I would HAVE to go forever just so a doctor to hose me for more and more money, but Dr Ferguson is the exact opposite.
