This visit was a great customer service experience!
I had a pocket watch that no longer worked. The gentleman who helped me let me know it was stopped due to lint and dirt in the mechanism. He cleaned it made it work and then gave me a lot of knowledge about pocket watches that I really needed to know. Also, he looked online for me (without me asking}) to try and help find a watch for me to buy elsewhere (the items he had were of great quality and beauty and out of my price range for now). If you need to buy a quality watch or have one fixed this is the place to go. Excellent!
