We had a great time on our 2 hr. horseback ride. Our guides were two friendly and helpful females. They knew what they were doing and we’re happy to assist whenever anybody needed anything. We were led on a relaxing and enjoyable ride through the woods, up and down the hillsides, and through several creeks and streams. The horses were all very well trained, which made for an easy ride even if you didn’t have any prior riding experience. If you are an experienced rider, you may find the shorter rides to be a tad boring. However, you get to see some great views and the price is very reasonable. My only complaint is that we didn’t opt for the full-​day ride. I would highly recommend going horseback riding here on your next visit to RMNP. You won’t regret it.

My family of 2 adults and 3 children are all horse riders. We rode with Jessie at Glacier Creek last week. We also rode at other stables around Estes. Glacier Creek is really the best! Jessie took us on the 3 hour ride high into the Rockies and this was truly one of the best experiences of our holiday. The horses are well kept and responsive and alert, the trail is beautiful and the staff are exceptional. The shorter rides would be good for less experienced riders. Enjoy!

I highly recommend a trail ride with Glacier Creek Stables when you visit Rocky Mountain National Park. Booking online was super snappy easy and the staff are all very nice. I took the 3 hr trail ride that took me up and down the mountain, by lakes and great view points.
