Rib City

My wife and I had a great lunch! Baby back ribs and chicken, baked beans, cole slaw were delicious. Our server Sammy was very attentive and helpful. We even met Chef Robert who came out to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We’ll be back!

I usually go to Estero Fl in mothers day weekend and I always eat at Rib City. I usually get the St. Louis style robs and the bbq chicken combo. Everything was very tender and had a great flavor. You really don’t need bbq sauce but there are three different kind to select from

Dienstagabends 18:30, Lokal noch etwas dünn besucht, aber es füllte sich mit der Zeit, hat ja auch nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet.
Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, ziemlich fix auch kamen Getränke, Essen und Refill.
Die Managerin muss wohl jeden Tisch abfragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist; so kam sie auch an meinen Tisch — schnell gefragt, halbe Antwort gehört, weg war sie mit der Bemerkung, dass sie sich freut, dass alles in Ordnung ist.
Baby back Ribs kenne ich größer, aber gut. Fleisch war zart und ließ sich gut von den Ribs lösen. Die 4 dazu angebotenen Soßen von scharf bis süß waren auch sehr lecker dazu. Die Pommes nichts Besonderes. Das ölgetränkte Knoblauchbrot machen die da nun mal so, zum Probieren der unterschiedlichen Soßen gut geeignet, für mich aber nicht so wichtig. Coleslaw gut gemacht, nicht so schweres Dressing. So richtig satt war ich hinterher nicht, deshalb habe ich noch einen Pecan Pie bestellt. Der hatte es in sich, war rundum lecker (sehr süß dabei, wie erwartet). Satt und recht zufrieden für 25 Dollar nach Hause.
Ich habe keinen Vergleich zu anderen Läden dieser Kette (vielleicht demnächst dann), habe aber schon Ribs an vielen verschiedenen Orten gegessen. Die hier waren recht gut, die gibt’s aber auch noch besser und größer.

The food and service was precise and the food came out fast and cooked properly. However, I don’t recommend this place for people with small appetites. The portions are big, but that is easily handled with a to-​go box. I would eat here every day if I could. I myself love bbq and this brings it to a whole new level.

We have been long-​time Rib City fans. We have eaten at Rib City in N Naples for years, Rib City in Denver a couple of time and now Corkscrew Commons. My only complaint is getting to it — not an easy place to get into. We love the baby back ribs and that is all we ever order. Wednesday is 50 cent draft beer night. The Ribs are EXCELLENT and so is the cole slaw.

Second time having the baby back ribs here, amazing! Our server today was Diandra and she was very kind, attentive, and went through the specials, sauces, etc. with patience.

Had a really good late dinner here on a Saturday night.
They closed at 9:00 so we only had 30 minutes to eat & go.
Seems really stupid to close early on a Saturday night as customers were still walking in up to the last minute.
Also the hostess walked us through the entire restaurant all the way to the back past several empty booths that were dim lighting for couples (which we were) to the brightest part of the place and sat us down next to families with screaming children and babies… UNBELIEVABLE!
We got up before reading any menus and asked to move to the front door in the nice and quiet dimly lit booths we walked past earlier.
We’ve been to other Rib City locations so we knew we were down for sharing the 1 ½ rack of the baby backs.
Damn those ribs are awfully good!!!
The waitress was very friendly and attentive the entire meal and all the food was really good.
Overall we enjoyed coming here after ironing out a few wrinkles.

Great! It’s the one place we miss eating at when we’re back in Mi. Good, consistent food at each of the 3 we’ve visited. Pork or beef Skyscraper is husband’s favorite. I like the Gas Station– go ahead and laugh, we all do! Ribs are always perfect and bbq chip, too. Their take out is always spot on and great to have for a group.
Good prices, nice atmosphere and service.

Came in staying for New Years at the Embassy Suites. Walked over with family which was a large group. Stunned to find out no corn bread at a barbecue restaurant. .are you kidding me? Never ever seen that before. Waitress was excellent but food was marginal at best. Chicken was cold. Cold slaw was good… but with no corn bread. Would not go back.

Baby back ribs were good, but pig must have been really small, because I’ve never seen ribs that small. And no hush puppies… this place must be from New York city…

Excellent BBQ restaurant. Pulled pork sandwich on garlic bread was outstanding. Green beans heavenly. Service was great.

Hostess was a sweetheart. Ribs were ok, Texas toast was like a soggy sponge and so were fries. Cole Slaw just plain sucked! The Coconut Cream pie weighed about a pound and sucked. Sprite was cold! 2 stars go to hostess, dont waste your money here.

So good! Nothing fancy… but great Ribs, BBQ & Chicken. Kids under 4 eat free. We enjoyed it and would recommend it. Alicia was our server and was wonderful! She told us about the excellent cheese fries with spicy ranch dipping sause and I think I need this in my life once a week! So tasty!

Just had arrived in FL seen it next to an Applebees.
Great friendly people.
Great tasting food.
Would eat there again.

We tried a special that they had today which was amazing! It was rib meat on a sandwich with 2 sides for $ 7.99. Our waitresss really talked it up when we were ordering and it just seemed too good to pass up. The coleslaw was perfect and the sauce on the rib meat was everything! The lunch portions and prices are decent. The best part of the restaurant had to be the décor. All around the restaurant are quirky quotes and jokes. My least favorite (also why I only gave 4 stars) was the hostess. She could use a lesson on not passing judgment while doing her job… but I’ll save my rant since my waitress was so welcoming and friendly.

RibCity ist eine Kette, sollte man also meinen, dass das Essen auch in jedem Lokal auch ziemlich identisch ist. Dieses Lokal ist noch relativ neu und hebt sich positiv (von den beiden in Naples zumindest) ab.
Der Service war allerdings eher mau. Refill z.B.nur auf Nachfrage, in 2 Stunden nur 2x die Frage ob alles ok ist oder man etwas braucht etc. Abräumen des benutzen Geschirrs auch nur sehr schleppend. Zusätzlich kam noch einmal die Managerin und fragte, ob alles passt. Allerdings machte die Frage nicht den Eindruck, als ob sie wirklich an der Antwort interessiert ist.
Zum Essen: Onion Rings mit Ranch Dressing sind sehr gut gewesen.
Wir sind 5 Personen gewesen und es wurden diverse Hauptgerichte bestellt.
Die Steaks sind leider recht zäh gewesen. Baked Beans waren von der Konsistenz her schon fast matschig, als wenn sie einfach ewig geschmort hätten. Die kenne ich sonst viel besser. Cole Slaw war ok, auch die Baked Potatoes. Baby Back Ribs leider auch nur ok.
Pulled Pork war geschmacklich enttäuschend und auch das Smoked Beef war recht langweilig gewürzt. Garlic Toast leider schon kalt beim Servieren und zudem recht trocken.
Die L: ocation ist wie alle RibCitiy sehr rustikal eingerichtet und es läuft Country Music.
Als Fazit zu dieser Filiale: Location Top, Essen leider Flop.

Great ribs and beer. But other menu items are not in the same category. No full bar, only beer or wine.

Quality homemade BBQ at a very reasonable price. Beer is cold. Kid friendly. Good service and the food is just as good to-​go.

This was our first time here. I ordered the combo of chicken and ribs and two sides and it was very good. The sauce choices are all good. My husband got the ribs also and loved them and he is picky with his ribs.

Ribs were good. Beef was awful, ¹⁄₃ of the pork was rare. Waitress was great! Dirty carpet in restaurant. Really gross. WHY do they put carpet in restaurants?!

We ordered the baby back ribs, St. Louis ribs and the BBQ chicken. The food was great, however, the St. Louis ribs tasted a little too smokey. The meat falls off the bone.

With a name like Rib City, you better serve some lip smacking ribs and fortunately this place delivers.
The ribs are a classic baby back style cooked until they almost fall off the bone, served with fries, and texas toast. There were no left overs on my plate.
I found the décor of the place sorta fake, as in we want it to look like an authentic southern BBQ joint, but it comes off as something that looks like Disneyified or put together by an interior designer located in New York City.
