I took the chocolate crêpe and the presentation was amazing. The quantity and quality were perfect. The ace is crowded, so I had to wait a little bit after I ordered. Also you have only 4 or 5 tables outside. Therefore you have also to wait when the place is full to get a seat. But it’s totally worth it!

Brought a package of 16 truffles to my office in NYC from Florida and they were gone by 5PM. Expensive, but a handful of these little babies can make you the office queen, at least until tomorrow.

This place is a secret gem in SWFL. The chocolates, macaroons and gelato are great. There are a variety of choices and the staff make great recommendations. They also offer samples of their chocolates. Purchased these for myself and for Valentines. Everyone always loves them. They have multiple locations and you can buy the chocolates individually or get them packaged in a nice gift box.

Everything I have tried at this chocolatier has been delicious. They have macaroons, which are my personal favorite, gelato, and fancy chocolates, fresh each day.
The boutique is small, and a bit thin and tight when the crowds come, but the workers are fast and friendly, so the wait doesn’t seem so bad.
They also have some other fancy desserts and cakes that are delicious to try.

Norman Love is as good as it gets. I’ve been to (and love) their Naples location, and this location is essentially the same. While Norman Love is known for their fine chocolate confections, they also have their own gelatos, crepes, deserts, and more. Nearly everything in their store looks too good to eat. If this is your first time coming, don’t skip the chocolates — it’s what their known for, and they taste as good as they look. This is definitely a «treat yo’self» kind of store, so enjoy it.

This is the place for chocolates. They always have out free samples so you can choose your favorites. That is a hard task. My friend had the vanilla gelato There was not a drop left
I ordered a mousse pastry The whole thing is edible even the stuff that looks like paper. It is chocolate. I love bringing chocolates home for the family so this place is always a stop when in Southwest Florida

Can you really go wrong here? I bookmarked this spot on Unilocal a while ago and totally did not realize it was in an outlet mall. I had a little bit of trouble figuring out where they were located and where to park but figured it out. Basically when you pull in go to the right side parking lot.
I liked that they were sampling whole truffles instead of a little piece of one. Obviously these truffles are not cheap, but they truly are like little works of delicious art. It was hard to justify buying a box for myself so I just went with the hazelnut and caramel. Both I would get again. I think these would make a great grift since they really are so impressive all lined up in a box.
The employees were friendly! I like that this is also a little café where you can get coffee drinks and other beverages. I will be back next time I am in the area. Maybe not to this location though since its so tempting to also take a look in a few of those outlet stores.

Nice atmosphere and delicious gelato; but a bit overpriced. The sundae wasn’t as good and took about 10 minutes to make, but it was huge and the presentation was amazing. I recommend it if you don’t mind paying a premium for aesthetics.

First time here today. Everything looks super eye appealing. However the caramel gelato. Gross. Free samples of chocolate. Being cherry or vanilla I tried vanilla and it was OK. I don’t see the rant and rave here. Location is great though being on the busy side of the mall by Naples flat bread, fords garage and Maui wowwi. Wasn’t too impressed by taste more so how things looked. Then again I didn’t try their coffee or any other chocolates. So I will… And I will update this review in the next week or so. Great customer service though.

What a fun place to go. Everything is set up so beautifully. The candies are definitely a work of art. All of the gelato looked amazing and it was so good. I would definitely go here again.

My wife is a huge fan of good dark chocolate and the last place we found was in Hawaii, it was great to find Norman Love in Fort Myers. My wife ordered hand picked chocolates for her brother, which were a big hit. I had a raspberry cakecup that you would die for.

Refreshingly clean atmosphere with lots of delightful chocolate created by Norman Love and his team. The new location at Miromar Outlets is perfect for shopping and having a sweet snack. His team of customer service associates went out of their way to provide a great experience for customers. Highly suggest visiting this new location, and they also have a variety of new chocolates for the holidays. Delish experience all around, and the gelato is yummo… it’s a must go taste kind of place.
