Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They do whatever it takes to make sure you get what you want, especially during the holidays.

This store has been going downhill for awhile now however, it has reached the bottom in my opinion. Low inventory, poorly trained staff, weak selection and the thing i hate the most, EXCUSES. When a staff member does not know the answer, they make one up. I really hate that. That is my last visit to that store.

I wish that I could give them 0 stars. Since moving here over 10 years ago I have been going to this best buy. This store along with the gulf coast location has had an obvious struggle with management. They have the worst customer service and sometimes don’t even have the answers needed. My most recent experience probably has more to do with corporate policy rather then store policy. The method and attempt to resolve it was very poor especially by the manager Eric who was very rude, cocky and talked back.

Clean store, employees need more training on products, check out is located by geek squad which confuses a lot of customers. Best buy does carry a lot of the«higher end products» ie routers, surge protectors, TV’s, appliances. Also they are very good about price matching with Amazon when it is shipped and sold by Amazon.
