I used to love this place. Everytime I go in, there are at least two if not three of us. Easily spend close to $ 100 plus tip. The first couple months? Service was great. Pedicures and nails were perfect. The last two times, not so much. I left each time with a bleeding toe because the skin got nipped. I got a new set of acrylic nails, usually get gel, but… three days later? I’m removing polish and repolishing because it has worn and looks like crap. 10 days later? Nails start falling off. Told them oval… got square. Reiterated oval… got square. He did them too short to make them oval now… In the search for a new nails spot…

I went in to get a manicure. Fifteen minutes later, the manicure was finished and my nails were being dried. This was the worst manicure I have ever received. My nails were not shaped evenly or the same as each other. There were extra pieces on the ends from not being filed properly or having the edges buffed. The polish is not smooth. I complained to one of the other technicians and showed her the problem nails. She said he could fix them. I said that he had already made a mess and I didn’t want him to do anything else. No other solution was mentioned. I paid, did not tip (which was hard for me to do) and left. He also kept my polish. I will not be returning to Diva nails.

This place is the worst. The girl rushed and gave me a five minute pedicure. My manicure was about three minutes. Also she did the worst paint job I have ever received. Paint all over my feet and fingers. I would recommended finding a cleaner nicer place!

This place is filthy, the staff does not listen and will ruin your nails. I don’t believe anyone working here is certified. Gross! I will never return and I only came to have an acrylic set removed. I asked to have them soaked off and the person proceeded by ripping my nails off. What an idiot! Now my nails are destroyed, but they will grow back. The customer base here, however, will continue to plummet!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever patronized. I went in for a pedicure & they didn’t file the toe nails all the way. When it came to the polish, I brought my own bottle in; after she was done, it looked like a 6 year old painted my toes. My pedicure only lasted for 5 days, & I had to re-​polish. Good thing I owned the nail polish. The workers were more interested in their own conversations, as opposed to the customers. My 2 girlfriends also went the same day, and their gel polish manicure didn’t last either. One chipped the next day, and the other lasted for 4 days. I highly would NOT recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

Excellent salon but I recommend making an appointment if you go on the weekend. I have had gel a nails for years from Diva and they last a good 3 weeks before you need a fill. They take their time and do it the right way. My favorites are Jacki, MiMi, Holly and Mary– but all of them are excellent. They have all worked there for years and have many regular customers. They have an ok selection of OPI polishes but the other polishes that they carry aren’t the best quality so I recommend taking your own polish. I have gotten manicures, pedicures and waxing here and highly recommend Diva nails.
