I agree with everything the previous writer said. Paul did our home inspection almost 16 years ago, and he got everything right! Extremely thorough and knowledgable. I remember he said that if we had any questions anytime down the line, we could call him, and I’ve always kept that in the back of my mind. It’s a comfort to know that there are people you can go to when you have questions about something as important as your home.

Paul was one of the best home inspectors I have used. He was EXTREMELY thorough and provided lots of helpful hints and pointed out things I should be aware of (where to shut off the main water line, etc) throughout the inspection. He was able to answer all my questions (as well as my fathers who had come along) and offered up advice on maintenance and upkeep. The summary report provided was far more detailed than I could have imagined and left no question marks in my mind as to what he had reviewed and what the suggested actions were for any issues identified. I had some follow up questions a few days later and he was more than happy to help with those as well which was much appreciated. I highly recommend using Advanced Property Investigation. I know I will for any future home purchases!
