Disappointed I went to go get a haircut and two of the ladies had to cut my hair because they didn’t know how they also took about two hours .I asked for a refund and they didn’t want to return my money back it looks like a five year old cut my hair. Im never going back there again even if you paid me too just not worth it.

I spent two hours there. There was no line. The single employee was cutting a kids hair when I arrived. She told me she’d be right with me. An hour and fifteen minutes later she was ready to cut my hair. I have simple hair. I’ve never had a haircut take more than 15 minutes. It took her 45 minutes. I told her that there was notes in the computer on my hair. Then she kept asking me questions that were in the notes. She asked me twice if I wanted the back rounded or squared. By this point I didn’t care. By the, it was in the notes. I answered rounded twice, then, right before she cut she said, «squared, right? «for real?! We all have bad days, don’t let it affect your work. I will never let that girl cut my hair again. The only reason I didn’t give it only 1 star was because I’ve been to other supercuts that did a good job.

Kind of a funny location — I have had my hair cut here at least four times this year, never have I seen the same people working here. In any case, the cuts are always good, so they seem to hire the right kind of people and train them well. I enjoy the conversations with the stylists, most of whom are local and have grown up in the area and stayed in the area. That adds a sense of community and makes me feel at home as opposed to just having my hair cut at some chain. I like this place — good people, convenient location and a good cut (at least in my experience).

My boyfriend and I have been in twice in the last couple months and are always very happy with our cuts. The first time I came in I had hair past my shoulders and a ton of it. Kimberly did a super cute pixi cut for me. Just stopped back in and had her trim it up. Wonderful job again! Everyone is always friendly and quick. Thank you guys!

Everything I’m looking for in a place to get my hair cut. Well staffed with quality professionals, bright, clean, good location, and care and attention in doing their job. Taylor did a great job of my hair. She took care to do a good job; and, since I don’t like to chat while getting my hair cut, she allowed me to sit interrupted as she went about doing her thing. Thanks, I’ll be back.

Staff is friendly, place is very clean. My only concern is that they only have 2 people working in the evening (well every time I’ve been at least.) So if both are doing a hair cut it can take a while to get in and get something quick like eyebrows. But the price is great and I will continue to keep coming back.

I just got my hair cut there today and it turned out well. The lady that did my hair (I didn’t catch her name) cut it exactly as I asked and even offered a couple different styling tips. I am really satisfied with my cut and extremely satisfied with the price ($ 17 for a basic cut).
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was that my stylist was not very friendly. She must have been having a bad seemed a little disappointed that she had to take a customer.
Other than that, good cut at a good price!

I was very pleased with this hair salon, I went in looking like a SHAGGY DOG and came out looking like a HUMANBEING, I needed a haircut, a mustache and a beard trim, Yes I have gone back to wearing a beard, just in case I am willing to do my seasonal job, the agency now has gone to us having our own beards, so now what had no style or shape to it has some style and shape, I was glad that the lady who cut my hair did exactly what I wanted, I felt much better when I departed this place.
I am looking more job ready than I did, Eventhough I am working on my book, Yet I am still looking for some type of part time employment to keep me in some walking around money.

Just received a haircut from Supercuts in Escondido. Staff was friendly, Supercuts was clean and attractive.
That said, the haircut I received was mediocre. Even after I made a comment about how my hair was too long and was corrected by the Supercuts hairdresser about how tomorrow I wouldn’t think so.
