If you live in RB and have small kids this is a must do. Lots of space for the kids to run around and animals to feed :). As stated in the other posts… great picture taking opportunities. Very friendly staff and good prices on the pumpkins. We’ll be back next year.

This is a great pumpkin station spot. It’s a beautiful place with a sunflower field. There is no admission or parking fees but you get a great view and farm feel. Not very crowded either. It’s got a corn maze, hay ride and petting zoo(goats and chickens) where you can feed the goats some carrots. It’s $ 1 ticket per person for the corn maze, hay ride and feeding. Nobody takes your ticket in the corn maze, so it’s kind of a waste to pay $ 1 but they don’t tell you that when you buy your tickets. You do actually feel lost in the corn maze! The hay ride takes you through the sunflower fields and you get to see a couple of the pine trees they have growing too. The driver takes your ticket when you get on the ride. The lines weren’t long at all. Their pumpkins range from $ 1 – 12 depending on the size. I didn’t really look at the price for the really huge pumpkins. I wouldn’t be able to lift them if I tried. Maybe they were just there for picture purposes. You can walk through the fields where the pumpkins grew and where the sunflowers are. They were selling single stemmed sunflowers for $ 1. Some of them were huge! The store sells different shaped, textured and sized pumpkins, squashes and gourds. They also have pumpkin carving tools. They sell bottled waters for $ 2. There’s a picnic area and outside food is accepted.

This pumpkin patch is picturesque with 360 views of the valley, mountains and sky. The tractor ride is only $ 1 per person and long enough for little tykes to get their thrills.(Forgot how prickly hay can be. Maybe bring a blanket to sit on or wear jeans, if you know what I mean.) Pumpkins are more expensive than the grocery store, but it’s the experience and photo ops that most folks are after. Bate’s Nut Farm is great, but with this so close, it’s a no-brainer. Also fun stuff here are shady picnic tables, a corn maze, and a few farm animals to admire.

A nice little Pumpkin Patch without the crowds, traffic, and $ 5 parking that comes with Bates Nut Farm. There are no rides or bouncers here, but just a Hay ride, some goats, a maze, and a bunch of pumpkins. Little kids wont care that there isn’t a bouncer etc etc. There are also good picture opportunities all around. — Plenty of $ 1(grenade sized pumpkins) perfect for kids to take home. — The Hay Ride is $ 1 a person and I think it’s worth it. — Nobody monitoring the Corn Maze, so its honor system paying for that. — While you’re here, there are several hiking trails(kid friendly) right behind this farm. Check those out! — This pumpkin station is also a place for school outings during the weekdays. Two of my kids have had«pumpkin field trips» here over the years.

Part of the Pinery Christmas Trees company. Off of freeway 15, Pomerado exit. Hay rides. Goats and chickens to look at. Giant corn maze.
