Goro’s Liquor

I stopped in here for a drink after killing some time getting some work done on my car. This is one the cleaner better organized liquor stores I have walked into. The beer selection is above average. They carry some boxed sets I have not seen elsewhere around town. The staff was very friendly. Prices looked comparable to what I have seen around town.

Wow. You like craft beer? Like it cold? So do I. I walked in, saw a massive row of well organized craft beer, some on the shelf on the left, some cold on the right. First thing I noticed was the amazing selection, second thing thing I noticed was the down to earth pricing.
I saw some Alpine Duet on the warm shelf, and grabbed that along with a warm Avery Barrel aged Raspberry sour. Enter Billy.
Billy, the owner came around the corner asking If I’ve been here before. I said no, but I found him on Instagram posting amazing beer at amazing prices. Then, he tells me that anything on the shelf he has in the cooler. This sold me. Customer for life. I can’t tell you how much I despise buying a beer that I’m super excited to try, and then have to chill it at home. First world probs, right?
Anyway, Billy is the man. Killer selection with reasonable pricing. If you are in the area, do your self a favor and see Billy at Goro’s.
Oh, and the signage out front does not say Goro’s. Billy assures me some new signage is on the way. Follow the address and revel in craft bottle and can paradise!
