Picking some bread up for later in the evening this place is decent.

Great place for a cup of coffee and great selection of Mexican bakery items. Very friendly behind the counter!

Waiting for my dinner at Big Ernie’s Rib Shack I walked next door to the Fiesta Bakery. This small panaderia with its curious offerings under the heat lamp is worth the visit if you’re in this strip mall. They offer a cabinet of traditional and colorful baked goods. You grab a pizza pan, some tongs, and put the cookies and such on the pan. Take the pan to the registers and pay. Fortunately there was a nice Mexican lady(customer) that told me what the«good stuff» was. There was an orange cake/cookie thing with sprinkles that was delicious, and the pink sugar cookies were a hit. This is also a cake shop, but there are no cakes on display. I think you pick from a book and they make it for you. There is a heated glass cabinet in the front that appears to have something that resembles fried pork skins(with Cinnamon?). I dunno, I was curious as to what it was. Maybe next time I’ll try it. Baked goods are 3x$ 1
