This update is not against the staff at all in fact the staff are one of the best Staff I had ever worked with. this bad review for the owners of Fatboy vape when I had learned they had closed shop without giving their employees any notice whatsoever or letting the customers know they are going out of business they just simply closed shop overnight and moved out and the employees where left jobless to figure it out for themselves… I really find that disgusting. I will no longer support Fatboy vapes if this is how they treat their employees

Great Place Only Went For Like A 10\15 Minutes They Were Almost Closed And I Was In A Hurry But They Tuned One Of Vapes Up Real Quick. I’m Telling You This Girl Was Super Quick And Seem To Know Her Stuff.

Out of 3 different states and numerous vape shops this is by far the best I have been to. They’re really, fucking awesome. If you have a question they answer. If something broke they’ll help you fix it. I’m sad to be moving so far away from this store. I doubt, but I also hope I can find a spot as chill as this. You can tell they enjoy what they do.

Went in on ⁹⁄₁₃ I had a kbox mini that was having technical difficulties. The manager (a younger guy) took a look at it unfortunately he couldn’t fix my mod that I had for a short period of time. He helped me out with a new one and definitely made me a repeat customer. I’m a manager in retail my self I know that you’ve got to what ever you can to make a customer happy and he did.l. He went out of his way to do so. Great group of guys in there and they know there stuff. Thanks for coming down South fatboy vapors!

Went in to just check the place out and wasn’t too impressed. I wanted to look at the juice selection but wasn’t greeted until about 10 minutes of being there.

Hi my name is adam waller I’m a loyal customer to Tvl and today I walked in fatboy to just buy juice I felt like I wasn’t welcomed by anyone but Monique she helped me choose the juice I wanted and was very helpful however it seemed like no one else wanted me there one of the dudes just gave me dirty looks the whole time and when I tried to make simple conversation with the other employees I just got one word answers. I go there because they have other juices you can’t find anywhere else. However the customer service makes me not want to go in there ever again. I don’t know if they just have a problem with me or they have a problem with the competition shop that I go to. If it’s the second part they shouldn’t let it trickle over to customers.

I purchased a K Box last month, and it recently stopped working. Went in today to see about getting a new one and they totally replaced it, no questions asked.
Every time I go there, the staff is extremely helpful and polite. It’s refreshing to see that type of courtesy, professionalism and all around customer service.
That is why I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I went in needing my cotton changed after I accidentally burned it in my purse during work and Grant took excellent care of me from the beginning. He approached me as I was walking towards the back work area (rarely happens in vape shops) and was very friendly and helpful. I was having some issues with my button being extra touchy and he took a look at it and fixed my collapsed spring within seconds. So friendly, so helpful, such a nice shop, and great quality merch. Best vape shop in escondido hands down. Much love guys.

Went in to get a new juice. Was blown away by all the combination of flavours and the juice I sampled felt clean in my lungs. Caleb was extremely helpful and patient with educating me as a new customer. Exciting to learn about the business and delivery of clean, trusted juices to their customers. Friendly, clean, amazing variety of equipment and juice and the prices are comparable (if not less) than local cape shops. Glad to have a vape shop that I enjoy visiting closer to my house!

Stopped in tonight with a friend for a rebuild and some juice thinking we would be in and out quick but ended up chilling inside for a while after meeting Caleb. He was very friendly and informative and offered amazing customer service. I normally shop at Cloud 9 but after my experience at Fatboy tonight, I will definitely shop here from now on. The store is very well done and aesthetically pleasing. I strongly recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for quality vaping products and great customer service!

Best vape shop I’ve been to hands down. If you need anything, highly recommend you come to this shop. It has everything you need for new or already started Vapers, better customer service then any shop around.

The staff is super chill and highly knowlegable in all areas of vaping. I bought my first vape here and i feel really happy with my purchase (penny mod with a matrix atomizer, and they hooked it up with a duel coil micro 24 gauge) Chris was really good at breaking down all the outs and ins of vaping and now im blowing clouds big enough to sleep on with my set up, thanks Chris!

Just stopped by less then 30 min ago to go get new cotton I usually go to cloud 9 not going to lie it only took me like 30 sec and I’m only going to go here customer service here is excellent and a lot more clean and professional. They also have a great variety of juice to choose from.
