Cold Stone Creamery

I came here and had a coupon since i am signed up though coldstones email program. Had been looking forward to taking me and my dad out to get a ice cream only to be told i needed to print out thr coupon with really rude service! These 2 workers a male and a rude girl with dirty blonde curly hair were very rude and didnt wanna honor my coupon because i didnt habe it printed out ive come here before and had it honored no problem. I will not be going back… sorry you lost my service cold stone

I came here on Saturday February 13^th and was helped by a young lady behind the counter and a young gentleman. My husband and I had a difficult time deciding what to order. The young lady looked miserable as she made me my ice cream. My husband asked questions to help decide on what to order, and every response was «No, we can’t do that.» It seems as the goal at this location is to get you NOT to buy. I have never been at a Coldstone location where the mood is so down. For whoever owns this franchise, I’d like to give you a warning that your employees are not giving excellent customer service. If this was my business, I would want to know what is going on. There is no reason why your employee should look so miserable, especially since the store was not even busy.

While husband and I were trying to decide what to get, server leaned against back counter with arms folded. Made me feel weird. At least pretend to wipe something. Something happened when she did the mix in’s. Ice cream was mushy. It was like eating soup by the time she was done putting the bananas and strawberries in. Worst ice cream that I have had at cold stone :(

Very slow service. They only guy there was ok, but the girls were slow. They had a line from when we got there and it took them a really long time to get to us. I wouldn’t mind the wait if they showed that they cared about the line of customers and at least tried to move a little quicker.

This is my second time around here and I’ve got to admit that I just can’t get enough of it!
This establishment has friendly service and is relatively kept clean, regardless of the traffic.
I first thought that I’d get bored enjoying dessert here. Afterall, icecream only has but so many flavors. But they keep enough flavors in inventory for a creative mind, like myself, to concoct new varieties of scrumptious delights. Learn to experiment with your flavors; not only with the toppings, but the cones and the icecream combos itself. Mixing up different variety of flavors, helps to diversify the tastes and will keep you on your toes.
I think the only downside to this shop is that because of it’s compact size, when there’s a large crowd incoming, waiting in line can get cramped-​up. No bueno!
Oh well, small price to pay for being one of the better dessert shops around :)

Need a tasty icecream treat? Then this is your go to spot. The icecream and trademark «mix in» process of adding cookies, candy and other treats to your treat does bring folsk in, especially on these hot days… however, I particularly noticed that the two girls working the shop a few Sundays ago did a particularly great job. There was one girl behind the counter with a line to the door… and she didn’t flinch, offering a smile and helpful service to all of us… the other girl came back from her break and jumped right in. It was nice to see… and the ice cream certainly helped!

It’s a chain so the product is always the same (poet and didn’t know it ;))… Chessy comment aside, the only problem with this place is the fact that it is right next to the movie theater which makes parking very annoying.

It’s ice cream how can it not be five stars!
